I go to this Dunkin frequently and find one of the workers (maybe the owner woman?) extremely rude. I spent 15 dollars on food and drinks the other day and asked for an extra cup for my kids and she refused to give it to me. Other Dunkin locations are so sweet to my kids and give them free munchkins etc and this lady couldn’t even give me an empty cup with a large order. Really turned me off, will not return.

If you value cleanliness, I would advise against visiting this place. The individuals here are unbelievably unhygienic. I witnessed them sticking their hands into the trash can and then using the same hand to handle our food. Additionally, the cashier accidentally spilled milk on the side of the cup and proceeded to give me the change with the milk-covered hand. It's absolutely repulsive!

The manager is super rude telling me what I can and cannot do. If I paid for something the way I want I get it that way just that simple. And their “espresso machine” has been “broke” for like a year now. To top it off they number to call the store is out of service. SHUT THIS LOCATION DOWN ASAP!!!!!

This Dunkin is so ghetto and always manages to mess up my order in some way. First of all you can’t even see their full menu because the screen is broke. Then on top of that I came here because it’s the closest to my house but this Indian dude always messes up my order. I repeated what I wanted three times to ensure he didn’t mess up my order and he still did and told me I have to go back around because he didn’t put what I ordered up and me annoyed because it’s a long line said forget about it and just gave me the bacon I ordered umber it was extremely cold. -1/10.

This has got to be the worst Dunkin I’ve ever been too. Every time I come here the staff is extremely rude. They are incapable of following instructions. If you are not satisfied with your order they argue with you and try to force you to take as is. Theirs a language barrier making the experience more uncomfortable. And if you place a mobile order they expect you to say it at the drive thru window which I feel defeats the purpose of ordering ahead.

I've had so many negative experiences here that I contacted corporate. This is the worst Dunkin to go to, especially if you're in a rush because they'll take forever to make your food (even if you order kn the app) and will undoubtedly get your order wrong. The people inside are polite enough, but whoever owns this one obviously only cares about making money and that's reflected in how the customers and employees are treated. The worst part is that even when my order is correct, the quality of the food and drinks is far below any other Dunkin I visit.

Asked for simple thing literally what's on the menu employee could not answer a single thing all he kept saying was "idk bro" as I asked then why do you work here guess his reply "idk" simple question for a simple employee years of coming here has come to an end all these young kids working need a better education and training seriously end of an era how sad
