I love the service because I usually buy there, but please if you are going to do something, do it well, today I went to buy a milkshake and they sold me more milk than anything else, all watery and I had to throw it away and quite expensive, which is for you sell something wrong.. thanks

Honestly this is the best Dunkin I’ve had EVER!!!! (And I’ve lived in various parts of NY, NJ, GA, and FL). I always come to this store and they literally make my day the way they take their time making my coffee. It hasn’t been a single ORDER they’ve missed.

To be completely honest...the customer service is not the best and the food well it's fast food so you get what you get mediocre. I come here often and only had one issue previously (manager was rude when I told her my order was wrong...she told me I ordered wrong. Just rude and disgusting) before the issue I had today. I have been ordering through the DD app because I rather not deal with the rude a manager and it has been going well. I walk in grab my items and go but...
