We were trying to put in an order and the manager or who ever he is wouldn't let us speak yelled at us to come to the window and forgot our order completey when we tried to repeat ourselves the guy had a nasty attitude telling us to calm down even tho he was the one being rude asf don't come here horrible service

I came in on Christmas afternoon around 12:30pm and watched the manager putting his hands on one of the female employees while he yelled at her. We will never come eat here again. This is such a disgusting behavior to witness. The employee seemed to hold back tears while continuing to work while the manager continued to come out to yell at her in a language I did not understand. The service from the employees was great but we do not apreciate the behavior from the manager

They are doing construction. Upon my first visit, they had no signs saying that it was drive-through only. I parked in the only handicap spot, because nothing was blocked off, and other cars were parked. I went inside when they told me drive-through only, went back out the door, and got sawdust in my eye from the wind I’m still waiting to hear from the company from the damage that it caused to my eye. They would not even give me water. I even called the police. Now they have one tiny sign on the door and a couple of cones in the parking lot. At least they didn’t leave the Dewalt Saul sitting on the sidewalk. Crappy place horrible parking terribly unprofessional.

In the middle of placing my order I saw roaches crawling on the counter, enough said, I got my money back… stay away, this location is filthy
I came to buy a simple coffee, and the rude Muslim lady at the window decide to rudely tell me she can not accept Apple Pay. There was no sign stating that customers couldn’t pay via Apple Pay in drive thru. So she kept the coffee for herself.
People beware, this place has poor management….

Dunkin is a great place to pick up something quick but delicious. The process are a little steep, but you'll enjoy almost everything on the menu. Basking Robbins is also offered in this business as they share the location. Great treats are available a reasonable prices.
