WORST Dunkin Donuts in America, extremely poor customer service. My staff goes in there frequently since it is so close to the job, and today the manager and cashier tried to lie and say she didnt pay for a Donut when it was clearly on the receipt DATED. Its very obvious they do not know how to run a business for anytime you go in there, they are very unorganized and slow. They need to renovate the staff not just the building. If I could leave 0 stars I would.

Coffee was okay, my order is not complicated fortunately but my issue with this DD is that they have a dine-in location but do not have any bathrooms available, it is super unwelcoming to have to walk down to other businesses and embarrass yourself trying to beg them to use the bathrooms for 5 seconds AFTER spending money somewhere else. After reading a bit of reviews i can see that they obviously lied about the bathrooms being out of order. I give it 2 stars because unless you are just using the drive-thru i 100% do NOT recommend this place.

This location needs a LEADER not just a general manager.

Speaking on behalf of my mother who worked 16 years for Dunkin’ Donuts. Her staff isn’t just her staff. It’s her family, they all speak Spanish dominantly but they still treat my mother like it’s their mother too. That was not a trait that was just given to my mother it was built throughout time.

This dunkin has not been time tested with true people that can’t even crack a smile. Just a group of workers wanting another check and that’s fine too because this is only my opinion and people need to do what they got to do to make money.

1) no ketchup and cold foam??? (Might not be a big deal to the worker, but you leave the customer with a bitter experience.

2) no environment, it’s honestly a dead dunkin for YEARS. Maybe encourage customer to sit in to create foot traffic.

Every review is just an opinion to help a business get better not bitter.

The service left something to be desired. There were only two customers. I was the third, and I received service as if the place was full.
I asked for sugar for my coffee, and it almost felt like they hadn't provided any.
I asked for the restroom, and it wasn't available.
The staff spent the whole time talking without looking at the three of us at the tables.
I won't go back there. Maybe it's better for them, but it's one less customer.
