Her prices are absurd. Need better pricing. One day it's one price another day she charges you 30% more. No need to be unreasonable!

PHENOMENAL Mexican food. Very authentic and the food is soooo so delicious and always fresh. Great prices, very generous portions, and wonderful service. Some of my favs are the guacamole, rice & beans, and seafood soup but honestly everything on their menu is good. Cant recommend this place

The Mexican food is genuine and taste is hard to beat compared to other mexican restaurants. My favorite item is the sopes and al pastor, have had them since i was a kid and flavor and quality has not changed over the decades. Great hidden gem of

Authentic Mexican food, not the fake stuff. Highly recommend the chicken flautas and enchiladas verdes, delicious and spicy. Got the guacamole and nachos de carne asada for the appetizer and it didn’t disappoint. I Will definitely be coming back here In no time!

Great little Mexican food joint in Downtown Plainfield. We came in for soup ($15) and to try something new, so I got to try my first Tostada ($3). We had the beef soup and the chicken soup which were served with seasoned rice on the side with an order of fresh made tortillas and a chipotle sauce and a green sauce. Everything was delicious, I especially loved the soup with yucca, cabbage, and zucchini seasoned with cilantro vs parsley. Our first visit, but definitely not our last! Veggie burrito next time!

I came here a few times this past winter on my way to visit a family member at a nearby nursing home. I've had both their tacos and their tortas, and they were all fantastic. The lengua tacos were my favorite-- so tender and flavorful. My family member has since moved to another facility, but from time to time I think about their delicious lengua tacos and consider taking the train from NYC to Plainfield just to eat them again.
