Very disappointed, I ordered a meat quesadilla and unfortunately for me it was very bitter because the meat was too burnt, and the waitress did not come to the table to ask, we were waiting and it never arrived, we had to go to the cashier to pay because her attention was lousy

Yesterday we were there with my family, the service was good and the food was good, but the truth is I was very disappointed because while we were eating my husband saw a cockroach🪳🪳 walking on the table and my husband went to tell the waitress and can you believe that I didn't even get a single apology from them😡😡 and the prices are very high
Good food...I am addicted to nopales (cactus), I cannot get enough, so will probably keep going back forever....
Vegetarian options: There are vegetarian options
Parking: Parking can be a challenge, it's a busy intersection, however, there is free parking close by with 5 minutes or so of walking, it's worth it...

Both the vegetarian and mixed grill/seafood Paella were fabulous. Fine location near the sea to enjoy meal and people watch. Only difficulty was finding a taxi after dark.

Lovely paella in a beautiful setting at the top of Malvarosa Beach. Amazing pink sunset as we our authentic Valenciana including rabbit. Service was friendly and efficient, Anna was a great waitress.

We ate from the Menu del Dia €25. Starters of Grilled cuttlefish and Fried Fish were good. The Valencia’s Paella was disappointing. 2 pieces of chicken, 2 skinny rabbit legs, padded out with artichokes, runner beans and Butter beans. Not terribly tasty and very greasy. Dessert of chocolate cake (ok) and carrot cake (yuk). Tables and chairs were sticky, Staff were inattentive, toilets were a disgrace.

El trompo is a beautiful intimate setting however the service was not great on arrival and throughout the service!. Waiting staff were not great, unfortunately. not saying all are, however through my experience this was the case. Food was cooked well not as flavourful as I was hoping. Much better value for money else where.
