I visited the restaurant this weekend and the restaurant is clean and cozy. However, for the portion of food they offer, the price is too expensive. The restaurant may increase the price, but still offers the right number of servings like it used to. I must say the original owner made a difference and we really miss her. I ordered 3 dinner plates of white rice, beans and 2 orders of steak and 1 order of chicken; The taste is not the same, but it was good.

I first tried this restaurant when I bought fritura for a family gathering, and everything was absolutely delicious and full of flavor! I decided to give them a second try with their Yaroa (papa and plátano maduro), and they did not disappoint—both were incredibly tasty. The Dominican food here is truly authentic, and I highly recommend this place if you’re looking for delicious, flavorful dishes. This is definitely a spot I’ll keep coming back to.
