We typically order from this location multiple times a month. Typically if there is a complaint it is because maybe that day’s order had less food than usual.But today we placed an order at 5:30pm and asked if delivery was available which they responded “Yes” so we placed an order. If they are busy they typically will say no that they are only doing pick ups which understandably we are okay doing so.After an hour of placing an order we call, they tell us it’s on its way. Then 30mins go by we call again and they tell us it hasn’t left but it’s leaving now. We get our food close to 8:15pm. If you like fritura you know you have to eat it fresh otherwise it is no good. Our tostones were soggy out meat was very cold. Called to let them know and they seemed to not care.If you are busy please notify your customers that you can’t deliver it perhaps they need to wait almost 3hrs for delivery and give them a choice. Because we would have preferred to pick it up or not ordered then have soggy tostones and cold hard meats in our fritura. And don’t get me started on the queso!
