I love KFC especially the one on South Ave in Plainfield NJBut today after seeing the comercial of the 8 pc basket for 10 I went to get some KFCI love the atmosphere I love the service but the chicken was not from KFCIt was a different fried chicken not the usualI was really upset because I know KFC but that chicken they gave me was horrible and it’s a shame that to save money on that deal they are selling a different type of chickenChicken was not finger licking good

The worst experience of my life. The manager Naomi literally told me that they made my food 20 minutes ago and was not going to make me fresh food. Then called the police on me . I would never return to that place. They made me feel as though they were racist. I asked for their names and they refused to give me their names. The police had to give me the manager name. She was so rude. I do not understand how she is a manager. I made a police report and will be following up with their corporate office. No one should have a job after doing all that over food that I paid for.
