Horrible experience. Used code on app for free fries & purchased something over $2 & was charged for both of it. New guy at register & lady helping him seemed like she was over it. I told her the issue & see seemed like she didn’t care. Then finally she refunded me for the fries. When in reality I wanted the fries & the shake. Not great customer service, wasn’t helpful at all. Then another guy was in there complaining about his order at the same time.

The fact that I was rudely discriminated against at this establishment is crazy. Especially from the manager who was Hispanic herself. And Me being Of Hispanic and Africcan Blood I was appalled. I wasn’t even in there for 30 min before she rudely came to where I was sitting at and demanded very aggressively that I get out. I did not know how to respond to the absolute disdain and disgust she showed towards me. I am currently battling some health issues with my bowels and my colon. I’m only 39 yrs old. I have major blockage in my intestines on the left side. And my colon is a different story. I’ve been in and out the hospital about 6 times since the 5th of February this year. I have so much pressure and pain it’s crazy and extremely painful to move period. So I guess I wasn’t moving fast enough she came back and repeated herself looking down on me. Saying get out get out. So I smiled and I asked her if there is something I did what did I do. She screamed you must go go get out get out. Mind you I used to go to this McDonalds as a teenager. But this was by far one of the most discriminatory experiences I have ever had. I’m still trying to figure out what did I do. Mind you I wasn’t even sitting down 30 min.

please make sure you guys check the bags! i ordered a 6 pc nuggets and they only gave me 4. if is not busy why not make sure all food is properly in the bag. Also kitchen lady was chewing gum while preparing burgers. that is very disgusting

Manger of night shit on December 21st 2024 4am was extremely rude. Charged me for food I never got. Rejected 3 mobile orders and never got the money back. Kept telling me to pull up to the window before I was done ordering, overall horrible manager. Felt rushed and unwanted
They should have nicer people, the gentleman who served is in a very bad mood, he throws away the order and responds very badly. If he doesn't like his job, he should look for one where he feels comfortable.

The favorite restaurant of my daughter with autism, she has a special glass at home that she always carries with her, but there are always people who have a position as a supervisor and they think they are the owners. He has allowed my daughter to carry her glass. God will take care of her.

service was 0/5. the manager (?) was rude to my boyfriend and i. one of the workers was yelling order numbers. we had both ordered online, so we were expecting to hear our names (which were printed on the receipt in bold letters) so since we noticed the lady repeating orders, we decided to just check our emails because the order number was not on our screens. as we pulled our phones out, the manager yells at us to get off our phones. we ignored her because we wanted to see our order number plus us being on our phoned is not her business. then she asks me for mine & i give her it because i had just opened my email. she says, "ive been calling you, maybe get off ur phone so u can listen better" like girl... dpmo 😭 then my bf just told her his order because he couldn't get the order # and she said the same to him & they both started saying, "these kids just don't pay attention because of their damn phones" so i just responded back to her & she played deaf 🤷♀️ food was ur regular mcdonalds, atmosphere was crowded, which is normal for plainfield imo.

Make sure you have spare change when you get to the window because you will find someone asking you for money. I don't understand why would a business allow something like this to happen. I personally want to be able to buy my food without having to deal with people asking me for extra money. I wouldn't recommend this place to amyone!
