I am a regular customer at the McDonald's in Plainfield, NJ. I love the Caramel Macchiato and buy coffee every morning and night. Very often I am told it is not available, that the machine is dirty, or even to go to Wendy’s. One employee, a young woman from Ecuador or Guatemala, has done this multiple times. Please review this location and improve service.

The staff here are super friendly and respectful, which really makes the experience better. The food is okay, it’s fast food, so expectations should be realistic. The fries are usually cold unless you ask for them fresh. Overall, the restaurant is clean and service is fast. The great staff is what earned this location a 4-star rating.

This location keeps forgetting items. The last two orders were missing nuggets, and today my cookies were missing. The bag was sealed, so it wasn’t the delivery driver. It’s frustrating to keep paying for items that aren’t included. Please double-check orders before sealing the bag.
