I had placed a order on Uber today and long story short there was a misunderstanding and the Manager Valeria, still replaced my order and handle the situation pretty well.. even though I admitted to her I was wrong and felt guilty, she still did her thing as manager and I appreciate her for what she did. Great customer service.

Don't wait for the cashier if you go inside they're too busy doing Uber Eats and kiosk orders before they even look at anyone to register an order.
My visit to this Wendys last night will be my last. Since the Watchung store closed in June, I have been going to this one, and it’s almost always an awful experience. There never seems to be an employee at the register. You must wait as the person who is supposed to be on the register is making fries, packing to-go orders or doing some other task other than helping a customer at the register. I have put up with the extended waits to get assistance but last night was it. There was a supervisor at the Coke machine filling buckets with ice. There was an employee preparing to-go orders right in front of me ignoring me. After 4 minutes the supervisor filling ice buckets came back and walked by the register. I asked if anyone is working the register and she replied, “He has a lot of orders to prepare.” I asked if I should just go somewhere else and she walked aware and ignored me. That infuriated me. I yelled a curse at her and stormed out of the store and will NEVER be back. I have been a Wendy’s customer for years and never had experiences like this in Watchung. The manager of this restaurant must be totally incompetent. She has no idea how to manage a customer facing business. I wouldn’t be so mad if this was a one-time experience, but this is normal for this location. There’s plenty of other fast food restaurants in this area that are willing to take my money.

They never havd enough food ready... they constantly make you wait in the parking lot to get your order even though you already are waiting in the drive thru for a long time... its really inconvenient because it's a busy street.

The guy didn’t take my order right. Asked for a lot of extra mayo and he only put 2 .. asked for a doble patty baconator and it barely had any bacon. Worst location I visited so far.

My dog stopped eating. He refused everything. Fresh steak, fresh chicken, he wouldn't eat anything. But when the son of baconators went on sale for $3 I brought home 4 to stress eat my sorrows away. But the aroma of that sweet, savory burger, made my dog walk for the first time in days. I started buying 10 at a time. Literally. He is like a new pupper at 13 years old. The son of baconators saved my dogs life. I love you Wendy's

😡😲👎🏻 THE OLDER WOMAN AT THE DRIVE THRU WINDOW WAS ABSOLUTELY AWFUL. I WAS TAUGHT TO RESPECT MY ELDERS AND SO I HAVE TO SAY SHE WAS RUDE, DISMISSIVE AND DIDN’T EXHIBIT A SHRED OF CUSTOMER SERVICE. I WAS FORCED TO TAP 1 STAR BUT SHE REALLY DESERVES 0/10.
