A few weeks ago I’d come by to pick up a bagel and I had my order messed up. I’d called back to let them know and was assured that next time I came in, I could state my name and be given a free bagel to make up for it. Today when I went in I was met with rude customer service and was forced to pay for my bagel, despite explaining the scenario. The bagels here are great but the service today wasn’t.

Came in and ordered an egg and cheese on a bagel the Spanish lady didn’t understand my order after repeating it 4 times she called over a younger girl who finished taking my order but forgot to tell them to add hot sauce to my sandwich. Once my food came out I noticed there wasn’t hot sauce or seasonings so I asked them to add it. Instead they wrapped my food up to go and told me to have a good day without adding what I asked for.

The bagels are excellent. The service for bagels is very good. Have the girls wtire down your order or give them a list. Not many English speakers. No points for service ot atmosphere as I usually do takeout.

I think this place is pretty decent overall. It's a solid spot for decently priced bagels, flavors pretty good but I wouldn't say it's the best. If you live nearby or in the area it's a solid choice and I don't think you'll be disappointed but it's nothing to write home about. I did try the loaded pork roll burger since it was made famous by Guy Fieri, and I appreciate him putting local spots like this on the map but its pretty overrated and not that great. Burger itself is pretty mid but the pork roll and bagel is good, I'd say pork roll burger is a 6/10, and the bagels are 8/10. The Reuben is surprisingly pretty good though.

It has changed over the years! I don’t think its the same cook. Food is mediocre and today I found egg shells all throughout my scrambled eggs. Bagels are okay thoguh
So I used to live in the area a decade ago,and just talked to someone who still lives there, and offered them $50 to pick up some bagels for me and realized i never left a rating. These are genuinely the best bagels in the world. I miss them so much. Growing up, I'd go here regularly. They're all amazing but i gotta say the jalapeño cheddar bagels are to die for! The French toast, blueberry, cinnamon raisen,and chocolate chip ones are also favorites of mine. Idk how much of the staff is the same but everyone there was always very sweet and helpful! If you ever stop in the entire state of New Jersey, this place is worth a detour!

Not bad. Wildly underwhelming amount of food content on these sandwiches but they were delicious. Red bull was 3.50 for the small can which is robbery imo. I would come regularly to try other items if I lived nearby but it was worth a try.
