**Extremely** disappointed and grossed out by this Dunkin location and would not recommend anyone come here. The woman making our food was on her phone talking to someone loudly in Spanish the entire time she was making our food. When the food was completed, she didn’t even bother to let us know our order was completed. I ordered a turkey sausage egg and cheese on a croissant, and the croissant was burnt and looked gross! And to make matters worse, there was HAIR in my food. I’ve added a picture as proof, it’s absolutely disgusting! Very unprofessional and unsanitary all around, this is the first time I’ve had to give a location 1 star and I’d actually give 0 or even negative stars if I could!

Filthy, slow, not enough workers. They cater to mobile orders. Stood here at the counter for 15 minutes. Not even an acknowledgment. Go elsewhere.

This is absolutely the worst Dunkin’ Donuts I have ever been to. Took half an hour for 2 coffees and a dozen donuts

This dunkin does not have a drive thru which would be fine if they didn’t leave my mobile pick up order behind the counter while they continue to place more food and drinks on the counter and ignore my order just sitting there where I can’t reach it. This happens every single time.

I ordered online at 7:37, arrived at 7:48, did not receive my order until 8:09. They finished my food maybe around 8 and had me waiting 10 minutes for a plain black coffee.

This Dunkin’ at Schalks Crossing is super convenient and well-run. The staff is usually fast and friendly, and my mobile orders are ready on time. The store is clean, and the drive-thru moves quickly even during morning rush. Coffee is consistent, and the hash browns are always hot and crispy. Great spot to fuel up before work or errands. Highly recommend!

This place is consistently bad for coffee always cold food and awful burnt coffee taste specially they never make fresh midnight.

I am stuck with it cuz it is the only one is my area but i rather not have dunkin.

I went on a Monday about 1pm ...the coffee was great ...I was like ....WOW, this is good
Next day I went back about 3pm...the coffee was great again! Really??!! Love it , keep it up!

I'd give it 0 if I could. Stood there for 15 min, not a single employee was present or visible. I called out two different times for help nobody came to the counter. Once an employee finally appeared they walked right past me not even acknowledging or asking to take my order and proceeded to ignore me for another 5 minutes. I had to walk out and go somewhere else do not waste your time or your money here

Some of the worst coffee I’ve ever had. Gave it another shot after 2 years of not going and it’s still trash.

Nice clean place for break friendly atmosphere. Nice location. Enough Parking. But they charge more money for smal cup of coffee $ 2:76 upon ask they say it’s depends on location. Most of the locations cofee price is up to 2:55 To 2:65.

Britthany is the best! She is always smiling and so insanely helpful. I go to this dunkin just because of her.
