The girls working are always so nice and friendly, Angel is by far my favorite workers she is so friendly and full of energy, her is so beautiful I always look forward to seeing her when I visit.
Ever since their new batch of employees, the amount of pearls in the drinks has DECREASED and is EXTREMELY INCONSISTENT. It's gotten to the point where I've stopped purchasing drinks here altogether. For nearly $7 a drink, it's a complete waste of money to receive barely a tablespoon of pearls especially when the original baristas always give a fair and satisfying amount. I'm not the only one who's noticed this issue, as others have complained as well. Please use the same portion sizes the original staff uses, or at least establish a consistent pearl scooping standard and stick to it.
They told me they were out of almond milk and mumbled that they had to use something else. I had assumed it was anything but whole milk -- but it was whole milk and I'm very lactose intolerant. All I could say is after having just one big sip from that drink, I had a very shitty night.
Good boba here
I ordered boba and it had no boba pearls. Spent $9 on milk
Great tea all the time, and Jimmy is a fantastic person who will make your order with love and precision! Continuously worth the price
Best bubble tea I've had in sooooooooo long. Very clean place with a friendly staff. Will be back!!!!
I love Oolong milk tea from Gong Cha.
I’ve been a regular customer. Their quality of milk tea is miserably degrading. Today’s oolong milk tea basically taste like colored water!! The bubbles are also no longer chewy.
This was my first time visiting this spot inside the Asian Food Store/Market. I ordered the Strawberry Matcha Latte, and it tasted absolutely disgusting. The color was a dark green — it looked terrible. It was extremely disappointing because the screen showed a really nice image of the drink, and I had heard great things about this place. Honestly, never again. I wasted $10 on this.

Very decent boba of course because it’s Gongcha! I like how that one guy wearing glasses works, he works so fast and always makes my orders right!

Ordered pearl milk tea on door dash an hr back, its so diluted doesn’t have a tinge of taste also, its really bad i ordered no ice but it felt like no milk at all. Really disappointed about it. Usually gong cha’s milk tea are the best but this.

Gong Cha is a great bubble tea place! There are plenty of boba options (caffeine and caffeine-free) AND toppings. I recommend getting the Taro Milk Tea (30% sugar, less ice), with or without toppings. Pearls are a standard choice, but there are also more interesting toppings, like Oreo Crumble. I also recommend the Strawberry Milk Tea (slush series), again 30% sugar, less ice. Of course, you can increase/decrease sugar or ice if you need to. The Taro Milk Tea and slush series Strawberry Milk Tea are both caffeine-free, but the regular Strawberry Milk Tea has caffeine. Additionally, Gong Cha is right inside the Asian Food Market, making it convenient to go to when you’re shopping there.
Kid-friendliness: Gong Cha is very kid-friendly, as there are caffeine-free options for those who can’t consume anything with caffeine in it.

Went here and ordered a single drink, only for it to take literally 30 minutes to come out. Would not recommend, unless you love wasting your time paying for some overpriced mediocre bubble tea when there’s much better options that are actually in walking distance.
