Last night myself along with my wife and son visited Hiro for dinner.
My family is very much disappointed with the service provided specially concern with the gentle woman who was managing sitting for dyne in.
I have some problems with my foot and am unable to walk without help of a walking stick, so originally they offered right table for sitting based on my preference. However, drama started when big group appeared to dyne in and we were told to change the table even when we already started eating, this is ridiculous.
My wife and son were very annoyed with this behavior and were about to leave the restaurant. Anyways, we showed our curtesy by controlling our frustrations and finally change the table in middle of dinner. They offered 2 free drinks to make up the situation.
After this incident, we finished our dinner very fast and fill the ‘to-go’ boxes with the left over and left the restaurant.
I will never go back to Hiro in future though it’s located in 5 mins driving distance from my house.

Also adding my voice to the “all you can eat” complaint. I had three pieces of sushi left and some rice. Waitress told me there would be an extra 10 buck charge because I had food left. I asked were they going to take my leftovers and give it to someone else. She said “No, you have to take home”. I literally lol! I said “what if I don’t want to take it home?” Cause to be honest it wasn’t that great. She said “that is our policy”. Now the problem I have with such a policy is how do they determine what is considered leftovers? I mean, do you have to clean your plate or what? Anyway, to avoid the $10 charge I forced myself to eat a piece of sushi I did not want and jokingly said “if I get sick, you have to clean it up” while two waitresses stood around and watched me. I’m not a kid and this is not China. We are wasteful in America, lol! Really weird experience. Not so nice staff and mediocre food. I did not tip and will not be going back. And to whoever responds to these low ratings, please spare me the lecture about your “policy”. Doesn’t matter to me. Lesson learned. And to anyone interested , the Indian buffet across the street is much better and they don’t care how little or how much you eat. Check them out.

Very chill place. Staff was AMAZING and food was great. It was definitely getting busier last 6pm, but overall, definitely worth checking out. I had the all-you-can-eat menu btw and I am STUFFED.

Terrible experience. They call it all you can eat but make you pay if you dont finish from your plate then calculate how much is left to charge extra. none of the " all you can eat places" in the area have this nonsense policy.

Terrible service and dismissive attitudes while having hardly any customers, tried to scam a group of teenagers twice by giving us $30 less of change and didn’t apply the 5% discount for cash payment. All the employees are super loud… this place is gross.

The fish was bad and made me sick.
Good varieties, good quality and good quantity. Ordered lunch special sushi sashimi lunch $18, and salmon teriyaki box $15. Tasty and worth the money. Will visit again.

All you can eat Sushi with good quality. The downside is the lack of alcoholic beverages.
