Love the variety that's not usually part of AYCE sushi buffet. Salmon tartare, tuna tartare, avocado ball, sushi pizza, white tuna truffle, etc. Also had yellowtail and red tuna sashimi. Excellent food and service. Also had cooked food like short ribs, Mongolian beef, Thai red curry which were superb. Also pineapple chicken and sesame chicken which were only okay.

The food was ok. They puree their spicy tuna, which i know some places do, but the texture throws me off. The Philly Roll was 100, tho. The All-You-Can-Eat is really only worth it if you're gonna have 4+ Rolls and/or sashimi. It was alright. I'd probably go back, but I wouldn't do the 20-30min wait for a table, again.

I am a frequent customer of Hiro Asian Bistro and their food is top notch and their food is high quality and sashimi is always fresh. And their Korean short rib is to die for!! The staff is super friendly and the place is very clean. Highly recommend this AYCE sushi place!!
