not 24hrs. customer service is terrible here. the “manager”, Anna, refused to honor my code from the mobile app (free fries with min. purchase) because I didn’t add it to my order on the kiosk because it WOULD NOT ALLOW ME TO. And contacting customer service does nothing.

I would like to share a note of appreciation for your wonderful employee, Almaz, at the Plainsboro, NJ 08536 McDonalds ocation on Schalks Crossing Road. I visit this McDonalds almost every morning, and on most days my coffee is served by Almaz, with a warm and friendly smile always.. I wonder how she manages to stay so cheerful and welcoming during the busy morning rush! While the coffee is always great, its really Almaz’s warmth and genuine friendliness that keep me coming back to this location.. She makes the experience feel personal and positive, even on the craziest mornings.

Excellent McDonald's location. This is definitely some if the best tasting McDonald's food I've ever had. Always on point, always fresh, and always quick. By far one of the cleanest, if not the cleanest and best run location in NJ hands down.

Double charged me, didn't cook the fries all the way. Treated me like I was a less important customer than the customers that were around me. Made sure I got all the attitude.

I wanted to share about this location about the seating. Normally there are plenty of seats but the tables and seats are dirty, even the floor to can feel someone might have spill so soda or drinks that your shoes gets sticky. Another parts is the bathroom, smelly and wet, I hope to see improvement on that. I did recall the services has been improved a lot. We used to receive our order wrong, missing items and sometimes given the wrong order. I don’t know if it’s because I have been order from the apps now a days, the order so far I received has been correct. Hope continue to see improvement with this McDonald.
