I ordered from the Panera on Shalks Crossing and this was honestly one of the worst experiences I’ve had. They called me saying they were out of sausage because the truck was late. Fine, things happen. I said okay to bacon instead. The guy said he’d throw in a free pastry for the inconvenience. Cool.

I work 7 minutes away and my order was delayed six different times. It took a whole hour to get to me. They sent me a $5 coupon, which I appreciated, but when the food finally came… it was a mess.

First of all, no pastry. Not even in the bag. Then I open my sandwich and it’s literally two super thin pieces of bacon cut in half. I couldn’t even taste the bacon — it was basically an egg and cheese on a thick Asiago bagel. I waited an hour for that?

They didn’t have what I ordered, the “replacement” was sad, they forgot the pastry they promised, and delivery took forever for a 7-minute distance.

I’m honestly really disappointed. The whole thing was just not it.

Friendly staff and consistent food and drink, however, every time I order just a beverage, my ticket is constantly bumped to save ticket times and I'm waiting there for an extra 5 minutes while my order says that it's ready

I never have this problem at any other Panera and I've been to at least seven or eight.

Had a bad experience with DoorDash delivery today — my food never made it to my address.
But here’s the silver lining: Also Sanchez from Panera (Plainsboro Village Center) stepped up and reissued my order with grace and kindness. It tasted better than ever!
Bad days happen — but never take them out on those who work hard to serve. 💪

The food itself is ok, usual Panera chain. I have to mention this particular location, constantly see people waiting, I usually place the order in advance and then pick up so no needed to spend much time waiting. Although I did have to waited today for someone to help me get a tray for the drinks but there was only one lady and she do not even have time to check on the front desk 😓

Food is good for a healthy lunch spot. If you're ordering through the app or online make sure to check you're orders. This location has consistently been going down hill. Multiple times I have gotten completely different soups or things have been missing from my orders. Not sure what's been happening but something needs to be improved.

I ordered chicken noodle soup and sandwich. There is more noodle and only 3 or 4 tiny pieces of chicken. I did not have the same experience in east Windsor or Hamilton.

I've been to this panera multiple times. I'm usually disappointed, but I tried them again. The caprese sandwich I got had the thinest, quarter diametered tomatoes and there was maybe 2oz of mozzerella total. Most of the sandwich was arugula. I was told the sandwiches are all portioned out. Those portions? For $11? Forget that. I returned it. Not going back anymore.

It was close to closing and the manager seems very nice
