We have ordered from this place a few times using doordash and also picked up. While the curries are definitely rich in taste and arguably the best in the area, time and again the spice level of the curries has been an issue. We always ask for mild level for spice via doordash or direct call in order, however, no matter what we choose our spice level as, we always get the curries with the highest level of spice. I wish the restaurant takes this review seriously and fixes this.

I live closer to the Mt. Laurel one and have always had a great experience there. Today, we went to this one. Let me start by saying the food was absolutely delicious. For appetizers, we got the vegetable samosas and chili paneer. 10/10.For entrees, we got palak paneer and paneer butter masala. It was also 10/10. I was a bit disappointed with the rice because even though we got two entrees, we only got one serving of rice. When I asked if the rice was for one order or both, the gentleman said it was for both orders.Personally, i would order take out next time. While there, there were many instances where I felt like the staff didn’t really care about taking their job seriously. One gentleman walked out of the kitchen (maybe a cook)… walked past our table screaming on the phone… Shortly after another man walks in with a bottle of alcohol and walks right into the kitchen… Maybe 5 minutes after that, we heard screaming from the kitchen… we ended up cutting our dinner early, packed our food and left. This was just my experience and maybe I just walked in at the wrong time but I’m always honest on my reviews. I would definitely eat here again, I’d probably just order take out.

Life is all about experiencing good people...No matter the place, country, caste, creed religion and sex.And but obviously when u get such an amazing welcome , with great food on top of a kind hearted person/owner of this amazing place, the taste of wine will double. No matter where u sit right now, it's all about feeling matters at the end.

A few friends meet here regularly, just BYOB and sit and chat for hours sharing awesome appetizers and food. Our favorite dishes are tawa fish, masala peanuts, masala egg, chilli paneer and chicken, tandoori items, their naan is the best around here, one of the best dhal dadka.

Absolutely love the pepper cashew chicken fry! It's hands down the best bone-in dish. I find myself making frequent visits just to have this

Food very good, service awful. It was like I was invisible. They forgot my soda, it took a while to get my food, nobody came to check on me. It took forever for me to get my check. While I love good Indian food, the service is a big part of the dining experience, and it was very lacking. The chaat was delicious as was the chicken tikka dosa (a real treat!). But feeling invisible, really spoiled the whole experience for me.The dining area also lacks a lot of ambience, but I could get past that if everything else fell into place. And, as I was leaving, they were tacky enough to ask me to leave my tip in cash. If you have to go here, ordering takeout might be your best bet.

Prompt service , reasonable prices , good quantity and tasty food . We tried, mutton pepper fry , chicken dum biryani , cut mirchi and Hakka noodles . All food tasted good , be aware Spicy means real Spicy here . We requested spicy just thinking will be similar to other restaurants , but Medium spicy could have been good for us . Overall good experience , will surely visit again .

I have been a frequent customer of pepper house in Plainsboro. Today's food qualifies for a special mention - Ordered Karivepaku chicken, chilli chicken, paneer 65 and dum biryani for dinner. Each and every dish is delicious and the biryani is very flavorful. Looking forward to coming back again.

We had Chicken Tikka Masala, Chicken 65, Lamb Korma, Aloo Samosa, Butter Naan, and Mango Lassi. They were all amazing and we are very satisfied. Ordered takeout and waited less than 20 minutes. This will probably be our go-to Indian place.
