If you have any dietary restrictions, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. They dropped a mystery meatball into my soup without explanation, and I had to go to the front to ask what it was because I couldn’t flag down a waiter. When I finally got an answer, the staff seemed more amused than concerned about their mistake. They had also forgotten to include the quail eggs ordered. After eventually managing to flag someone down and requesting the eggs, I also pointed out that it’s unacceptable to add ingredients people didn’t order, especially when dietary restrictions are a concern.

The waiter made excuses and kept repeating, “Thank you for telling me.” When I asked to speak to a manager, he informed me that he was the manager. There was no apology, no offer to remake my food—just a dismissive attitude treating the error as something trivial.

If this had been a part-time high schooler making a mistake, I could have brushed it off, but this behavior from a manager was incredibly unprofessional. I was so uncomfortable with the situation that I asked for the food to be taken back and left. I gave them ample opportunity to correct the issue, but their lack of customer service left me feeling like I couldn’t trust whatever they might bring out next.

I don’t normally need an apology as long as mistakes are fixed, but this experience was gross from start to finish. Avoid this place if you value your dining experience or have specific dietary needs.

Pho is very good. One thing I wish they would do is clean the top of the condiments bottles. It's not appetizing when I grab the Siracha bottle and there is a glob of it dried to the top of it.

WARNING: Be careful when you tip write clearly and large since they like to hire greedy people who scam and steal form their customers who were nice enough to already be tipping. My finance tipped on a take out order and someone took it upon themselves to add a 1 to the tip and thankfully his credit card company caught it. So just be careful if you eat here because they’re going to steal from you.

I would like to share with all that the customer service of this restaurant is extremely deplorable.
I think that the fact that a 10% tip is automatically charged when ordering a pick up through this restaurant's website is unfair, as it is not related to the customer's preference.
So I informed the manager of this fact and cancelled my order, but even though I ordered through this restaurant's website, it was through Door Dash, so I couldn't cancel the order thru this website and had to call Door Dash directly to cancel the order. When I canceled the order directly through Door Dash, Door Dash intentionally blocked my account so that I could no longer order through the website.
When I ordered again at the store, the manager intentionally left out the vegetables that should have been in my order, making things difficult for me.
I point out that this practice of deliberately creating this situation to inconvenience customers and illegally deceiving customers with an automatic tipping system is absolutely unacceptable.

Large bowls of pho, I mean it. Three adults at our table did not finish their individual bowls. Meat seemed like good quality, and the veggies were fresh.

Ordered Pho Today $17.95 last night, tasty. My wife ordered grilled chicken & spring rolls on rice vermicelli $14.95, tasty and good serving size, spring rolls were so so though. Ordered two sandwiches today for lunch, both pork $9.95 and chicken $9.95 sandwiches deserved a review of 5. Not only very tasty, but also a good size.

Worst place and awful service. How can you say 15 mins for pick up and make me wait another 30 mins at the store. Food was cold and there was no care from yohr staff given

I had high hopes for this place but my recent visit was nothing short of a disaster. After placing our order, we waited an excruciating 40 minutes while watching countless other patrons receive their meals. It was as if our order had vanished into thin air. When we finally received our food, it was clear that our experience had been forgotten. The lack of attention and care was evident, and the long wait time was unacceptable. I won't be returning, and I certainly won't be recommending this place to anyone.

The staff were rude and unapologetic.
