RedBerry Frozen Yogurt

We love getting frozen yogurt here, but the main flavor, Euro Tart, is empty or broken at least 50% of the times we visit.

The staff often are teens and are really lacking in customer service. When we told the person working today that flavors were out, they had only a lackluster response and no urgency to deal with it.

Also, the store used to have a freezer where you could buy quarts of yogurt, pre-packaged, but they stopped that a few years ago and never restarted the offering.

We wish that this place would keep the machines fixed and that the workers offer better service.

This place is pretty expensive and for 1 ounce they are charging 77 cents which is ridiculous and not worth it coming for a small cup of yogurt. Never get duped.

Terrible. First, My fiancé got a smoothie and the girl who was working there made us pay for it separately from the frozen yogurt I got for some reason. She said she has to make the smoothie first before she rings his up. Weird but whatever. Then she went in the back to make it which took no kidding at least 10 minutes before the blender actually made a noise. She was the only one working there that day so the other customers were confused trying to call her over to ring them up. When she finally came back she made the wrong smoothie and my fiancé didn’t want to say anything since she took 10 minutes to make the first one.

Watermelon flavor tasted nothing as watermelon, the yogurt was very watery and it was expensive.

More than half of the machines were empty or broken. The price won't be obvious until you are at the cash register because it's by weight.

Went on a Sunday night. More than half of the yogurt flavors were out of service. Disappointment. Not going back.

i thought the açaí bowl was gonna be good but it tastes terrible like a smoothie i could make at my own house or like dog food. and there were no bannana and the acai base was watered down and yucky. service was kinda slow the strawberry’s were good. but btw the frozen yogurt is delicious so i would recommend the frozen yougurt just not the açaí bowl. i have not tried the yougurt though. also it said it was 12 dollars but i wasted 15 cause it was extra for fruit? what ever you do do not buy acai bowls from red berry except if it’s for your annoying eanmy.

The last 4 times we went there they had no way to dispense chocolate syrup, so we ended up going to DAIRY QUEEN.

Good choices, ambience and friendly staff.

Funny place for kids to prepare their own ice cream and toppings.
