Placed an online order through their website. When I got there, the order was not ready and no where to be found. I had to show them my receipt. The egg ham cheddar sandwich on a whole wheat everything bagel was just Ok. The home fries were too salty and moist - didn’t care for them especially at $7.75 a pop.

One of the best bagel delis I’ve been to, even compared to the ones in Manhattan, which is where I live. The owners and staff are incredibly kind and welcoming. They make all their bagels and sandwiches with the best quality items and cook everything to perfection. My favorites are the pork roll and the veggie sandwich, on either a bun or bagel. So delicious. I come back as often as I can!

Friendly, efficient and, to put simply, just phenomenal. Have tried many bagel places. But this, ironically, is the place that I will miss whenever I crave for a "bagel". Egg, bacon and cheese + everything bagel all the way!

I go here all the time for the sandwiches and breakfast bagels. Typically order one to eat there and one to go. Owners are also friendly. I'd ignore the Ratatouille food critics below.

My 10 yr daughter and I came here for bagels on a Sunday around 11am. The variety of bagels were fairly limited for a bagel shop.
Food (3/5): She got a plain bagel toasted with cream cheese and I got a blueberry bagel with blueberry cream cheese. It was just average. I could barely taste the blueberry in either the bagel or cream cheese which was disappointing.
Service (4/5): staff was nice and completed the order with no issue.
Atmosphere (2/5): the shop looks like the don't particularly care about upgrading. There are broken pictures on the wall and it feels like everything is 20+ years old.

Went here years ago - my mother ordered a roast beef sandwich - Meat was rancid and rotten, and sandwich was inedible.
It's a little bit pricey, but they have good bagels and other options too.
Kid-friendliness: If your kids are well behaved, you can bring them here for a meal. There are no kid's menus or playgrounds here though. And the clientele is mostly upper class, in a predominantly Asian neighborhood, so they will be a bit judgemental.

My toasted bagel with salmon, cream cheese, lettuce and tomato was advertised at 6.99 on the board and somehow they charged me for $12 and change. Took about 20 minutes to come out…I’d say pass on this place. Tasted good and the couple that runs it is friendly, but def not worth stars for the whole trip.
