Delicious dinner at this huge authentic colorful restaurant offering large portions. The wonton soup was hot, fresh and tasty with four homemade dumplings. Vegetable lo mein was tasty and comforting. We tried the vegetarian Japanese tofu with many mushrooms and greens and the teriyaki steak. All delicious and just what we wanted! The wait staff was friendly and helpful. And the tea was perfect!

Good food, nice atmosphere, decent pricing. Will return with bigger group & for special occasions. Be advised: portions are individually small but come in multiples - think party trays or samplers.

I ordered sweet and sour shrimp and shrimp dumplings. The shrimp were horrible and not fried like any other place I got them from. The sauce was watery, the shrimp dumplings were flavorless, taste like just bland boiled balls, couldn’t eat them. I will never go or suggest this place to anyone.

Came here because we had a craving for Spicy Boiled Fish (水煮鱼). It was very good! Even better was the stir-fried water spinach, excellently-flavored with fried garlic and lots of fresh ginger (just the way I like it). The staff was friendly and attentive - They even held on to my hat that I left behind! I love the traditional Chinese banquet hall aesthetic as well. It's a gem in the greater Atlantic City area! Will definitely return.

This restaurant has been in business for many years. Great place for dim sum (small plates). Reasonably priced. Food was very good with traditional choices for dim sum. During the week not crowded for lunch. Dim sum is served every day from 1030AM to 330PM except for Friday (the restaurant is closed). Just 15 minutes from Atlantic City.

Vegetarian options: Not many options especially for vegans. They have chinese broccoli and stir fried vegetables.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at Asian City, and it was an outstanding experience! The service was impressively quick, ensuring that we never had to wait long for our orders. The dim sum was delicious, with each dish prepared to perfection. The variety and quality of the food were on par with some of the dim sum I've had. The ambiance was welcoming and comfortable, making it a great spot for a relaxing meal. I will definitely be coming back to Asian City for more delectable dim sum delights! Highly recommend!

Yes. it seems a bit worst for wear but it is the Real McCoy. There is a poignancy to the big room. It fills up late evenings with ethnically Asian and Hispanic hotel workers looking for a bite after a long day. The food is authentic and unfailingly terrific. I don't understand the very few who say this is the worst dim sum they have ever had, unless they are trolls. The dim sum here is better than what is offered in Philadelphia Chinatown, and much more variety of offerings. For those who have had the experience of China, the atmosphere is very much like China in the 1990s or smaller areas in presentday Western China.

Just NO, no tea, no crunchy noodles, tiny portions of rice weird combination of vegetables in basic food. No wonder the place was empty ....

Best Dim Sum in South Jersey. We had a party of six and it was perfect to sample so many items. Been to NY and Philly Chinatown and this is a match for either.
