This is my local Burger King establishment, not only am I heavily disappointed by the lack of empathy for their customers. I am also disappointed by the fact that the workers genuinely do not care about their job. The manager was on his phone the entire time not his work phone, his personal phone this Burger King offers all the SpongeBob items and yet nothing that they have is available the SpongeBob Patrick cake was not available. The churro fries were not available. Everything I wanted to order in that moment was not available and they were all displayed on the menu. Local Burger King has become a homeless encampment, people begging for money outside, smoking cigarettes, and lurking in and outside of the Burger King over and over again while you go to squeeze every last dollar out of you I was told they didn’t have a specific menu item by the cashier then she went and got her manager after I paid for the item. They said they had the cashier said they don’t have that item. I told him I wanted a refund she got her manager, and somehow her manager fabricated that item I wanted as soon as they heard the word refund this item appeared into existence magically. I don’t understand how item on the menu normally is still on the menu advertised as if they have it, but they don’t have it aren’t they supposed to cross it off the menu or something that is propaganda extremely misleading, and back to the homeless people littering the whole vicinity of Burger King they’re putting every dollar they have a cigarettes and they smoke it right in front of my children so they can get secondhand smoke in their faces and then they try to talk to you and stuff which is simple harassment if I don’t want to speak to them, but no one seems to care not the homeless people not the workers nobody nobody has any Idea what they’re doing in that building the main worker at the beginning standing at the front has no idea what she’s talking about and seems completely uninterested in her job. I got better experience from hopping on the bus and going to Atlantic City. Genuinely disappointed in my food the service and the people that are inside the building while I’m trying to enjoy my meal Terrible atmosphere zero out of five, but they wouldn’t let me put a zero

Fries 🍟 are kinda chewy 🤮 and luk warm the burgers 🍔 are ok if you are really hungry before Burger King 👑 used to be my favorite place to eat at now I would prefer to make my food at home 🏡

“Tee” the general manager who has a letter as a name was acting very suspicious and unprofessional. She had dirt under her long fingernails, bagging people’s food up, which I left when I saw that. Save yourself the hassle and the money. I’m definitely calling Corporate.!

Naye really helped me out today. I ordered online but for some reason, it ordered at Absecon and I was in Pleasantville. She acknowledged my mistake and fixed the issue. She is always professional and a hard worker who knows customer service. Thanks Naye, I'll be more careful when ordering next time.

They took forever to take my order, took even longer to come to the window for me to pay. Lady who took my order had me repeat it too many times. Just go somewhere else.
I stopped going for a while because my favorite fast food sandwich, the Whopper, was being served with two tomato slices the size of poker chips. And there is nothing worse than a cheese burger bite without tomato. But that was then and this is now. Fast, juicy and yummy . It's back and so am I !!!

Went with a coupon for breakfast. Very good sausage, egg, croissant sandwich. Their eggs are better than McD's. Great value. Clean store.
