Needs new workers but poorly staffed Maria was nice regardless of having 1 co worker guess the owner pays poorly

Worst Dunkin I have ever been to. Everything in the shelf is empty. Homeless people occupied the restrooms all time. Employee don't care and are not friendly.
Have to go wait and ask for sugar, creamer, salt pepper, napkins Everytime as they are not refilled. Had to ask them 10 times for it.

The man who took my order was extremely rude! He was an older Indian guy. I didn't catch his name and he didn't offer me a receipt, so I just left.
I came into the drive through with my friend and stated politely that I have 2 orders. He stated that he can't take 2 orders via drive-thru so instead I stated we had a mobile order, gave him the name (which he verbally confirmed that they had it), and then I requested to "add on" to the mobile order. I gave him my order (just one drink) and I realized that was the only thing on the screen. I asked again if he got the mobile order and he stated there was nothing. My friend started to double check & I explained to him that my friend must've put her order in somewhere else and we're just double checking (mind you, no one was behind us).
Then he asked us to MOVE out of the drive thru. I said no one's here and asked if I can just add to the drink order that was on the screen (now there's one person behind me).
I sit there for like 1 minute because he didn't respond. Then I said, "hello?" The worker responded with "MA'AM PULL OVER BECAUSE THERE'S A LINE AND PPL HAVE TO GO TO WORK!!!"
Yes. He screamed at me.
I then told him, "IM ASKING IF I CAN PUT MY ORDER IN BUT YOU DIDNT SAY ANYTHING!" And then I firmly stated me & my friend's order.
Even when I went up to the windows to pay, I wasn't rude. I was saying thank you each time they handed me something. Then they told me to pull around to wait for the orange juice. I said fine because I didn't want to fight with him.
We waited like 5minutes!
And no one came!
Then my friend walked in to get her orange juice (instead of me because there would've been a real ruckus) and she informed me that she let the manager (who is the person that i believe was speaking with us) know that he was very unprofessional and rude and shouldn't have been speaking to us that way & how that's bad costumer service. She stated that the "manager" literally was saying we shouldn't have been disrespectful and that we were holding up everyone (once again, there was ONE PERSON behind us & she wasn't there for long!!!) and he didn't care, he's not gonna apologize.
My friend took his name (but she wasn't able to pronounce it) and stated she'll be calling corporate. And guess what.. I will be too!
I've never experienced such unprofessionalism. I've never been YELLED AT in a drive thru. Like what??!

I just order from there this morning, had a sausage that taste so mushy, lg hot chocolate was watery, i should’ve gotten my Hot chocolate from WAWA…I wasn’t satisfied at all for me to spend almost $10.00. Breakfast before work was a waste of money. So pissed!

They won’t give no bathroom key saying they don’t have one I’m pregnant came in to order n use restroom also they wouldn’t give me my receipt and the floor are dirty they need to be cleaned

I stop here frequently, order on the go through my app, because it’s on my way to work and EVERY day they always pull me into the parking lot or ask me to circle the drive thru. My coffee and bagel is never ready even though I order it 5-10 minutes before I arrive. This morning they pulled me into the parking lot again and when I commented about how this happens everyday and I don’t understand why the guy at the window got really nasty and started talking negatively about me under his breath. He brings out my coffee and I said thank you and as he’s walking away says something again under his breath and I said to him excuse me what was that and he gave me a dirty look and went back inside. It’s getting old that I’m having to pull up every day I come here and now that I’m getting nasty attitudes and comments made from the workers I plan on going to another Dunkin that is out of my way but hopefully there I won’t have the same issues.

Went to get a coffee this morning, walked inside to be rudely served by this man with dreads, I ordered a carmel iced coffee and the entire time it was eye rolling and him clearing not wanting to serve me, while he was making my drink he would grab the spoon that sits in the liquid and he would even shake off the liquid he would pretty much scoop the water that's in that bowl into my drink, when I got my drink I threw it away an went to a different place. Drive the extra mile. This place is a huge no go.. hopefully that man finds employment else where

Great place to get coffee as always pricing has become a bit steep here price gouging everywhere in South Jersey but their coffee is decent I like the hazelnut
