I’ve stopped by the Dunkin in Pleasantville on several occasions and usually order an Iced Green Tea. The flavor and freshness are consistently good, which is why I continue to come back from time to time.
I’ve always used the drive-thru, and service is typically fast and friendly, though there have been a few visits where the interaction could have been a bit warmer. While I haven’t been inside the store, the outside of the property is generally clean. That said, there have been a couple of instances where panhandlers were present on the property, which was a bit off-putting.
Overall, this Dunkin is a fairly consistent stop for a quick drink. Nothing particularly stands out, but it usually gets the job done when you’re looking for something reliable.

I ordered a strawberry donut and they gave me Chocolate, instead of calling my door dasher to inform me the assumed to give me chocolate when anybody can be allergic. At that I’m pregnant and couldn’t have me anything else like plain or called like I said

the latter i received was incorrect so they did remake it, however the replacement latte had almost no espresso in it and tasted like milk. Didn't notice it till I was half way home and couldn't turn around

Well the coffee was hot!!Thats what I like so if you don't like really hot coffee I would not recommend this pl for you but the service was very nice and have not been inside just the drive through.

EVERY RUDE STAFF!!!! ignored me 3 times won’t be coming back!!! while I was placing my order the employee ignored and and attended a white customer 1st! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!
Worst service ever! Staff was rude and refused service, and I ended up waiting NEAR TO AN HOUR FOR MY FOOD!!! Filthy bathroom. Please clean your bathroom. I beg. 🙏 At the very least the food was cheaper than other locations i've been to, no thanks to the very SIMPLE drink and sandwich that they SOMEHOW screwed up. Don't waste your money and time here. 👎

Staff was rude, unpleasant, and refused to take our order, refusing service to us and taking others. We had to wait 20 minutes for a simple order of two (2) plain drinks and sandwiches and were served after those at the drive-through despite being there first, and the presence of multiple staff. Restroom conditions were horrid; no toilet paper, feces on the toilet seat, dirty floors, overall lack of cleanliness and care for customers. Food was decent, however one of the sandwiches was incorrect despite clear instruction. DO NOT GO HERE.
