The worst experience. I’m traveling passing through and come in for a coffee. Well to my surprised everyone was forced to have to ring up their own orders. On the touch screen they didn’t even offer caramel as my sweetened flavor so I then asked if he could just ring me up to which I was told no I don’t have my drawer. As I’m writing this another lady was trying to ask for help and not even getting helped until I voiced that I was writing this bad review.
This location needs some serious help with their service.

Oh and I had to use the men’s bathroom bc the women’s is out.

Horrible service, they take 1 order at a time. Today, I placed a mobile order and was told when I got there that the frozen machine was broken (i guess ice grinder since it is coffee mixed with chopped ice). Upon asking for a refund, I was told Id have to come back 2 days later to speak to a manager. Incompetence at its worst, I wont be using this location again.

We were there for over 25 mins for four people to get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich.

Customer service insufferable, did not accept cash or card and you could not order up front only on the single kiosk in the store leaving a gigantic line. Employees yelling and scolding customers.

This lady who serves as the driver, that way of speaking to the customer is so heavy, her face seems to be always angry. Also, one wants a coffee with cream, not cream with coffee, iced when I ask for it very hot please. If that lady works with customers, she has to change the way she treats customers.

The people who tend in that place should work in the armi , they have a terrible attitude they treat as if they were going to ask for a gift, they should learn manners and be kinder, because thanks to the customers they have work.

this dunkin’ donuts here is very rude and their customer service is horrible. the manger betsy is very disrespectful to her employees and customers. she fired me today because i did a call no show monday because she gave me 3 hrs to work. all she does is talk about everybody , i prefer everyone to go too the dunkin’ donuts on main street or in ventnor city. they have fantastic service ☺️

We came in this morning and ordered bagels and coffee. The orders were incorrect, the food was not well presented and took forever. and there was no line or other customers here. The service is awful, i’d rather drive to another dunkin.
