Never use the mobile app at this location, they absolutely suck and they completely ignore mobile orders consistently, honestly avoid this location as a whole. Genuinely the worst KFC I've been to and I've been to the ones connected to long John silvers. 🤢 You will literally watch person after person get rung up and served in front of you while waiting 30+ min for your food if you get a mobile order. I've gotten food quicker in the middle of times square NY in packed fast food stores. In general their customer service is horrendous and it's a shame this is the only location close to the shore because they honestly give KFC such a bad name. I used to consistently go to KFC but this location has single handedly made me stop getting KFC entirely. The only positive thing I have to say about this location is that I can thank them for saving my health and money in the long run 🙏

Haven’t had kfc due to having to put it in the air fryer to bring it up to temp, so I’d give it another chance , but in the dining room they was tossing around a football, it seems like kids are running The place , I guess we have to start eating home more and forget about spend money at these places the company must not need the customers anymore?

Love KFC. Drive thru is quick. Food is always warm. But I have to argue to get extra hot sauce packets. You order a 5 piece and they give you three packets. You ask for me and they give you 1 more. So that annoys me.

Went KFC today for the Tuesday 8 piece special. Got home ready to eat, Look in the bucket & was very disappointed, They 6 wings, 1 thigh & 1 breast. The chicken was not throughly cooked, Had to cook the chicken in my air fryer. Just disappointed with KFC🍗
No stars this place is the worse. Ordered a three piece lady told me they had one and a half a thigh and a wing ding and it was a 13 min wait in biscuits true definition of halfassss. Drive thru slow cause half of the staff be in the parking lot smh
