The guy and girl attending last night it looked that they were wearing the same clothes for a few days, if work serving food at least they should try to wash their clothes every other day.

I am very angry about the bad experience I had today at this McDonald's, I was waiting for around 1 hour and 30 minutes and they did not deliver the order I paid for and when I went to complain they asked me what I had ordered and I had to wait for them to prepare it and they still delivered it to me missing a hamburger and when I went back to get the missing hamburger they didn't even offer me an apology, worse still the girl who was serving me was talking on her cell phone and wasn't paying attention to me, what a terrible service and they still haven't delivered the complete order to me and I paid for it in full

12/8/2024 I was waiting in the drive thru and it wasn't moving. I could see the person in front of me was not getting their food. I called to see if I should go to Pick up window #2, a person answered and spoke, "If your ordered was prepared wrong, we don't care about any of that" and hung up. I waited longer and then received my cold food, no napkin or straw, left 5:02pm.

I did not go inside. I went to drive thru. From ordering to pulling away with my food was less than 2 mins. The food was hot & fresh... Def good kitchen crew , fast & efficient.

I arrived at McDonald's about 10:50 and placed my breakfast order at the kiosk, with the intention of paying cash. After waiting for about 30 minutes, approached the counter and asked about my order, only to be informed, "there is no pancake batter sorry"!!!!! ???
