Horrible, never again 😪 dry not fresh 😒

Cookies and pastries were old and stale. Not the same Minos I remember growing up. I bought a variety pack of cookies and they all tasted the same like super sweet stale sugar cookies. The sticky bun was old and rock hard no flavor. Please do better. Seems as if they just gave up on this place.

The smells and colors will hit you like a freight train, You will never want to go to a Dunkin' Donuts or overpriced chain bakery ever again. It will ruin you for every artificial ingredient-laden competitor out there, and you will return time and time again, build a family and bring your children in-tow. A generational bakery and local staple. Unrivaled.

This was ok, We were passing through and wanted something sweet, this came up on google and it was ok. My macaroons were not crisp, and the kids didn’t like their cupcakes or chocolate covered strawberry.

Everything looked amazing! We purchased a few things to try. We have only gotten to the donut so far, but OMG...so good!!!! We will definitely be back to try more!!!

I have been coming here since the 6th grade. Nowhere near as often but years later it’s been once in a blue when I’m passing through town. The cupcakes are ok and every time I stop by the people that work here literally act like they don’t see you. Today was to yet another good example of that. Two young women that clearly see me, but are acting like they don’t and just pretend to be working. The one person that actually was working is helping someone and then when she’s done, she asked if I’m being helped although there’s no way she could not have known. On top of that, I guess it was too much for her to put any tape on the box. Overall, the atmosphere is very unwelcoming and the service is a zero but I could only give one star as the lowest. It’s such a shame as this bakery has been around forever yet the service is the thing that finally makes me realize I should never come back and for that I won’t. My hubby gets my birthday cake from here every year and this year I sadly have to tell him not to. Thanks for the better years Mino’s but these new folks and attitudes have ruined the experience. Some things should just stay as a memory. #RIP to the nostalgia that was once apart of my childhood.

Everything tastes basically the same. There’s a lot of that refrigerated dessert flavor in some of the goods, and others just taste like straight up cardboard topped with sugar.

Absolutely terrible

This bakery was really good in the past but it’s sad to see what it’s become now. The lady at the register was super rude and had such attitude for no reason, the workers here are absolutely rude and disrespectful. The worker was handling food without gloves and when I told her to put gloves on she looked very annoyed when it’s completely unsanitary. Wouldn’t recommend this place at all, bad service and overall bad atmosphere with baked goods that don’t even taste good

If you’re buying for a special occasion, simply do NOT come here. The staff will not follow the instructions you give them for the cake. You’ll be stuck with something that’s only kind of what you wanted. Staff also was unreliable with the cakes agreed upon pickup time. When I asked for a discount for this major inconvenience the owner decided it was appropriate to say “well she charged you less than what she should of already, this cake usually goes for more” which was a blatant LIE. The price I paid was even listed in the book I looked through & they had my order for a week.. with no mention of this.

I was already short on time because of them so why argue? The cake looked decent so I paid full price only to find out they made it LEMON flavored, not vanilla.. a mistake that certainly happened from a rushed job as the cake couldn’t even be sliced properly, it was downright crumbling. This cake was my last straw. Would never go there again. Go support an individual specialty baker, your dollars will be better spent ! Trust me !

My husband purchased my birthday cake from Minos last week. I have been buying cakes from there for 30+ years. This cake was more icing than anything. It was supposed to be a three layer cake. Looked like one cake pan was cut in thirds. I was beyond disappointed. Called and complained to a bakery staff member. She told me to ask for more cake than icing on my next order.
