I ordered the most simple pizza.. Cheese.. Well done and what they delivered must be their idea of a joke… not sure what I did to these guys but clearly they don't want to make pizza anymore… sloppiest floppiest pizza that I've had in all of jersey and it sucked… a lot…. thanks guys

I placed an order and the estimated time for my food to be delivered was 10:20PM. I waited some time before trying to contact the store or DoorDash but when it was 11:10PM i called the restaurant because the app did not let me edit or cancel my order it only gave me the option to call the place. So I did, the first time the man on the phone told me was "we are busy, orders are taking up to an hour, your order will be ready soon" I told him I under but that I had already been waiting OVER 40+ min for my order. Due it was supposed to be dropped off by 10:20 and it was already 11:40. I asked if I could just cancel my order since it wasnt ready and they were busy, I wanted to long and I honestly didnt want the food anymore. I understood that I would still be charged a certain amount. The man on the phone freaked out on me and told me to stop being complicated. I the. Got upset at how this man spoke to me and told him I was going to contact DoorDash to cancel my order. He yelled at me and told me I was a complicated customer and to never order from them agin if I canceled my order. So I told him thats fine, I will cancel my order and he said "ok bye never order from my restaurant again" and hung up. 15 min later the food arrived ar my house but I was on the phone with DoorDash, I explained the situation and the Custer support guy apologizefor the inconvenience I had with this pizzeria and offered me a refund. I told them I didnt want to food and if they could get in contact with pizza d Roma. They were very helpful, in the mean time the pizza guy was blowing my phone up and banging on my door to get my food. They left and took the food, and I got my refund, thanks to the door dash customer service person. Never ordering from pizza d Roma they are rude and disrespectful.

The food is good but one of the guys taking the orders over the phone has an attitude problem, borderline disrespectful…it’s not that hard to listen to people and get an order correct the first time..even if it’s busy

We are traveling and decided to order pizza from a local pizza place. I did a Google search and ordered from the nearest pizza place with a decent rating. I am a pizza fanatic! I ordered the Di Roma pizza, pepperoni pizza & a lamb/beef Gyro. My husband said the Gyro was great! I was not a fan of the pizza. I had the Di Roma. I did not like the sausage nor the meatballs on it, but it was very cheesy and the slices were huge. My son said the pepperoni pizza was too greasy. I paid almost $50 for everything which is typically what I pay for my family. I did notice an extra $2.50 charge on my receipt. Not sure what that was for because I paid cash and tax was on there already.

I order from here all the time and pizza for my little people and get the pizza cut in double portions. The pizza looked like someone started to cut it and forgot to finish but the bottom of it was burnt black. When I called to complain I was told by the man that answered the phone was we were very busy. I’m very very disappointed because I ordered all the time and always tipped. Will not be ordering again.

It's a pizza place, and I'm not bar stool review, but I live near Hammonton, a place riddled with pizza places, and I can say it tastes like pizza so I have no complaints.
