The outside of the place looks abandoned. 9:15 at night, barely any lights on, all the tables inside are closed, and the place where you order in the drive-thru is destroyed. It's ridiculous. Horrible experience.

We had a mobile order, we went they had no fries, we asked for a Mac and cheese because they have no fries, they said to wait in the parking lot, we waited for an hour and thought they forgot about us while they were in they’re laughing and dancing around.

The drive thru associate I guess was having a bad day. Never said hello or good afternoon to me or other customers she encountered. Never asked if we wanted mild or spicy. And just was not friendly wasn't mean but not friendly which made the experience alittle rude.

I went to Popeye's in pleasantville last night & was so surprised by how awful customer service was through the drive thru. I waited for my chicken tender combo for 23mins. They were laughing & fooling around while the parking lot was full of drive thru cars waiting on their orders. It was terrible but the worse thing was finally getting my food & getting home only to realize they gave me the wrong order. I paid almost $30 for a 23 minute wait & the wrong order. I just ate what was in the bag & at least it was good. They need a new crew including new management. I used to believe that the pleasantville place was way better than A.C.'s but they both suck with customer service. What a shame. ?
Dine-in Pleasantville NJ store, Sunday, Dec. 17, 2023, 4:45 p.m. Multiple problems. One of the worst Men's Room conditions I've ever seen, as shown in the 2 photos. Coca-Cola machine dispensed flat, room temperature beverage, and ice was not functional. The spicy blackened chicken sandwich and mashed potatoes were fine. Staff seemed to be working hard, and were polite, but could use some communication and service training. I overheard one of them mention that they were running on ⅔ the normal staffing level. Popeyes A.I. customer support bot was having technical difficulties, so I couldn't give them the feedback about my experience.

They are disrespectful. They was in there arguing with each other 12/17/2023. No chicken sandwiches, 7 to 10 minute wait for tenders. Funky bad attitudes. I will never eat there.
