I spent 30 dollars to get 3 quesadillas ordered, I constantly get this order of 3 cheese quesidillas and atleast 13 times have they messed it up, when you go inside they or call they give an attitude. The app won’t refund me and instead gives me 3$ for a 30$ order that nothing was right. I’m vegetarian and they continue to put chicken on my quesadilla many times and I’m not old enough to drive while my grandmother is disabled and can’t so I have no way of driving to get a new order either, absolutely ridiculous.

Will not be coming back here. At drive-thru I told them I was missing something, the employees proceeded to act confused and point fingers. I should be getting what I paid for. This is the second time it happens. Very unethical for the employees and the company. They should start reading reviews and finding a solution. (I never got my chalupa **it was paid**)
I stopped here for lunch and I ended up with food poisoning. This was horrible I wouldn’t wish this on anyone. Going on 24 hours now and still feel horrible. Clearly they aren’t taking certain precautions

A tightly run operation. I messed up and placed an app order to the wrong location. They realized before I did and took care of the order right quick. Great customer service.

Mess up my order. Had to trash the wrong order when I opened up after reaching home from work.
Next day In drive through cashier & 4 employees were all ganged up by window to argue with me and didn’t want to give me comp. Order since they mess up and want me to pay again. Worst customer service by young thug kids working at this place.

As a Taco Bell goes, this is a nice one. My steak burrito was OK, the tacos were great and except when the power went down, the atmosphere was fine. Locking the bathrooms, though, was a real turn off.
