Service is soooooo slow. Takes forever in the morning, need to always make sure to have an extra 20 minutes cushion to get to work ontime. Not my preferred dunkin. Weekends are even worse.

The woman who attends takes care of you very badly
Absolutely worst Dunkin ever. They switched to the new kiosks, which are absolutely impossible to use. When asked for assistance from the counter clerk, who works there, she copped an attitude and said I’m busy now.
