Robbed me. Went in today got 2 slices. I was the only one in the place. Dead. Employees not paying attention on their phones. Burnt my slices. I didn't have the to get new ones as they were the last two. I asked for my money back.... And with the biggest smirk and condescending tone this kid behind the counter says. "That's not how this works" We don't refund. I asked for a manager and he rolled his eyes . So I said I'll just dispute the charge and they can go @$?! Left the disgusting burnt old slices on the counter and my drink.

I work at the Point Pleasant Manor , a hotel that is one block to the pizzeria and I have ordered food so many times. They use high quality cheese and products and all the pizzas are so delicious. I recommend them to the guests staying here and all of them are extremely happy with the food!
On Vacation
Worst experience ever, while on vacation. I'm a senior with diabetes so I am very careful what I eat. I ordered (in person) a Caesar salad with grilled chicken and an order of chicken tenders for my granddaughter at a whopping $28.50. When I got to my car, I opened the bag and found a CHEF salad with lunchmeat (can't eat) AND fried chicken, NOT grilled on top of the lunchmeat. I went back inside to inform I had the wrong salad and the guy who took my order AND my money started to argue with me telling me I didn't order what I ordered. Like I said I'm a diabetic so I KNOW what I ordered. He was soooo rude and condescending, rolling his eyes and huffing and puffing. I stood there in disbelief, like I was in the principle's office. He made me feel so bad, I almost walked out but EIGHTEEN DOLLARS for a salad in a pizza dive was not happening. I won't even get into the chicken fingers which went in the garbage because they were not edible. They were either left over or way over cooked because they were so dried out and hard you couldn't even bite into them and that's coming from a child who eats almost anything. He finally gave me my money back after making me feel like a POS. I have never been treated so badly by anyone in the food industry EVER. Shame on you!!! I hope this review is used as a training opportunity instead of another chance to argue with this review.

They raised their delivery prices 24 percent overnight. Nice!!!

Unfortunately this is hands down the worst pizza we've ever had. Cheese was flavorless and crust was more crumbly than chewy. Ranch was nasty. The girl who took our order was nice so giving two stars instead of one.

Staying in Point Pleasant Beach for a few days and We ordered a Grandmas pie ( $ 25) and a garden salad ( $ 12.50 ) .Sorry to say it was VERY disappointing .The pizza was WAY Overcooked. The crust was like cardboard and it was burnt . The cheese was so thin that you could barely taste it.only redeeming factor was the sauce was good.The salad was 90% lettuce. Like the core of romaine and iceberg ..with a few items sprinkled on top .Never againTo the owners response :We are fully aware of how a grandma’s pie is made, which is why we ordered it. It was not thin and crispy, it was VERY over, cooked and Burned !! And it’s supposed to be fresh mozzarella, which is not paper thin.And the salad was absolutely not filled with toppings. That is a blatant lie.Had your response been that you were truly sorry, or offered to make it right.. we may have been able to try again and change our review as we visit point Pleasant once a month.But what I’m thinking is because we were visitors ( food was delivered to our hotel ) that you don’t really care.
