Joined up for Wednesday Rib Night, which could not have been a better outing. Full rack of ribs, plus two sides (only $25!)...the ribs were freakin' outstanding!! Perfectly smoked and perfectly cooked (not falling off the bone, which I find completely inappropriate). We chose the Memphis and Cherry Vanilla sauces, both great complements. All in all just better than anything in Kansas City, South Carolina or Texas. Get there next Wednesday!!!

We had Jersey Shore BBQ cater our wedding in September and they were incredible. People talked about the food all night, it was a big hit! Doug and Stefan were a pleasure to work with and made our day perfect. We even sent our guests home with their amazing barbecue sauce!
