Perks saved our day. We ate some appetizers at another place on the boardwalk and they were not that great. Then we went to Perks for brunch and the food was awesome. I highly recommend.

Absolutely insane pricing. Had two wraps, 2 iced teas, 1 coffee and a burger to go for $80. What is going on? The wraps don’t even come with fries, that’s extra. Grabbed a Diet Coke on the way out, $3.75 for the bottle. Food is average at best, sad how they are ripping people off. Server was sweet, not her fault the prices are highway robbery.

We came here every year when we go to seaside—this yr is the last. $57.84 for (2) people for breakfast. Waffle w/ strawberry $19.90, side of fries $8.95. Insane. Western omelet $16.95. Could understand the omelet price though a couple of $ higher than expected b/c so close to the beach but waffle & fries - NOT.
Good when it lasted but NO thanks going forward.

Ridiculously expensive for breakfast, that was nothing special to be honest.

Excellent place. Such an amazing spot right off the boardwalk. New favorite!

Just a block from the boardwalk, this spot is perfect for breakfast or lunch. Despite arriving an hour before closing, the food was fresh and the service excellent.

I was looking for a good cuppa coffee and they bring you a pot. I sit there and enjoyed a fresh pot of coffee. I had the omelette. I recommended this to my other friends that were visiting as well.

Parking: I walked there from our Beach House rental.

Once again I would’ve given 5 stars based on food and service…BUT…$13.95 for 2 eggs toast and potatoes is criminal…won’t be a repeat customer ?
