Bartender and server were great, first and foremost. Food was mediocre. Hostess was rude. Spent $400 on dinner, then had a drink at the bar with elderly parents. No room whatsoever, very busy. Hostess kicked out elderly from bar top (still spending cash, mind you), and says give the table room. Simply asked, “where would you like us to go?” Her reply “sir I’m not arguing with you” when there was no argument. We all understand the rotation of the restaurant, but it was absolutely pouring out and the delivery of the hostess made us all feel uncomfortable- could have been a little more apathetic. This is the second time we have experienced this kind of service, and the fourth time I have heard about it. We will never dine there again. So sorry to say.

I’m going half stars. Got soup (lobster bisque) three times. First two times it was Delicious. After the first one I was hooked. But by visit 3 I had no chunks of lobster. I was so disappointed. I got it for lunch and absolutely raved about it but was so disappointed when I wanted it the most. The lobster ravioli is also very delicious had it once waiting for it to come back again. But I am nervous to get the big soup again as I felt slighted after having not one lobster chunk. Idk who served it I went once but my husband usually drives 40+ mins to pick it up for me. Hopefully the next visit we can give 5 stars as I know they’re capable or producing an Amazing lobster bisque soup.

So the service was good the people were very friendly and helpful, the food was not good, we got the shrimp tacos and the blackened fish tacos it was like eating a soup tacos because of The excessive amount of liquid and very bland, I will say that all the fish and shrimp were very fresh and cooked perfectly, this isn’t a bad review it just was not really the best in town .

I was surprised by the mini size of the lobster roll. It was fresh and okay, but teensy. Clam chowder was bland and watery. The service was quick and courteous.

I first tried their lobster roll at a recent seafood festival in Belmar, and I was blown away instantly. I had to make sure that I made this place one of my first stops during my little Jersey Shore getaway this past weekend.

This place is a seafood market and restaurant. The restaurant part is a bit small with limited seating. They have a good-sized menu and food here is a bit costly, but it is so worth it. I got the lobster roll with fries, and everything was fantastic. The fries alone had great flavor and a real kick to them. The hot lobster roll was just as great as the one I had a week before.

The staff here is really nice, the service is quick and the establishment is clean. The only thing is that they don't serve alcohol.

I definitely recommend as I rate their lobster roll as the best in the Jersey Shore!

One of the more authentic dock side eaterys in the area. Lobster roll to go after a day on the water is bliss.

Love this place, coming for years. The service is super nice and friendly. The seafood is always top notch and fresh. I usually get my fried fish platter , raw oysters and clams, and lobster bisque. It is BYOB, but there is a bar across the street that sells cans of beer to go.

We stopped by Point Lobster for lunch and loved it! The shrimp corn chowder was rich and tasty, and the calamari with Buffalo sauce and blue cheese had just the right kick. The shrimp po' boy was fresh and flavorful, and the lemonade was perfectly refreshing. Great food and friendly service—we’ll definitely be back!

Wish I could leave a better review but I ordered shrimp tacos when I visited here this past summer and the best way to describe the shrimp was like rubber. Unfortunately they over fried the shrimp and you couldn't chew through it. My other guest ordered lobster rolls and it looked delicious but definitely not the shrimp. Hope this review helps better cook the fried shrimp meals.

Our go-to for seafood. Lobster rolls, tacos and other seafood are incredible. Service is good and most staff are friendly. Cool atmosphere inside and out. We enjoy the outside seating in the summer.

When my wife and I want some really good seafood, we drive from Yardley Pennsylvania over to the Point Lobster retail store. Yesterday the halibut we purchased was one of the best pieces of fish I’ve ever eaten. They always have an incredible selection of the freshest seafood, which makes it worth the trip!
