Our waitress was lovely, but it was clear that the staff were having trouble with being organized. We had someone take our drink order which we didn’t receive until about 10 minutes after we ordered it. I ordered the classic eggs Benedict, assuming that it would be hard to mess up. The hollandaise sauce was mayonnaise. It was mayonnaise with a bit of lemon juice and an extra egg yolk for color. It was frankly repulsive and I barely stomached half (I scraped the hollandaise off as much as I could). The home fries were quite bland but they weren’t terrible, easily the best part of my meal. Otherwise, everything was decent diner food, generic, bland, and a bit salty, but palatable.
Nice place for breakfast
Service is A+ Friendly service every time.
Me and my family came on Father’s Day. I completely understand that the wait to be seated took 25 minutes. However, when we sat and down and ordered, it took 30-36 minutes for the food to come to us and by this time the breakfast rush was slowing down. And IT WAS COLD. The avocado toast was so unappealing looking to have taken so long. The steak and eggs were so under seasoned it tasted like literally nothing. The salt and pepper tried to save it. Sadly the potatoes were the best part. The setting of the cafe is cute, and I expected some really great food. So disappointed and would not go again unless I was forced to.
Had breakfast. Eggs Benedict for myself, Pops Omelette for the wife. Speedy pleasant service. Server was genial and knowledgeable. Damn fine food. Peace
Had a wonderful fresh breakfast. The bowl could have used more quinoa and a lot less spinach. A bag of spinach is overwhelming. The gluten. Free blueberry muffin was delightful. The breakfast potatoes were nicely seasoned.
Cookie monster said it best: "ME WANT COOKIE." Well, if you're in the Point Pleasant area this place offers one of the best, if not THE BEST, cookies you'll ever have... And if you don't live near Point Pleasant you can order them online and enjoy them 'fresh out of the oven and into your stomach' from the comfort of your home because they offer expedited shipping with vacuum sealed packages.

Pops corner can be amazing if they figure out how to be more efficient at the take out counter. The barista shouldn't be running drinks to the restaurant and a latte shouldn't take longer to make than a BEC on a bagel.
If they can figure out how to streamline the to go counter, the place will be better received.

We enjoy coming here. Bakery items are absolutely amazing. (Seriously 5 star baked desserts.)
A recommendation by another storefront business downtown to have lunch at POP’s. What a fabulous lunch! My husband and I ordered each a Smashed Melt Sandwich & Coffees. So unique the sandwiches were served on cutting boards. Fries in a petite handled metal basket. The coffee was rich in taste too. Superb choices. Rebecca our server had a beautiful personality - a true gem to the already wonderful atmosphere ?. One day we must return until then check it out ?

The lady at the front was on speaker phone with her pharmacy trying to get a refill of her medication while making my coffee..she was friendly but it was unprofessional. And there was a fly on the croissant I wanted to buy. Soooo there goes that.

Were recently ate here twice on a recent visit to Point Pleasant.
We came for breakfast and was not disappointed at all. The staff was nice and friendly and the coffee was good and BIG. The place is VERY clean and it was probably the cleanest bathroom I have ever seen in a restaurant. I would definitely return. We also bought some items from the bakery and while they were very fresh and tasty, they were a bit too sweet for us.
