Had one of the best meals of my life here. The staff treated us like family. Everything was of the highest quality. If I could be eating anywhere in the world right now, it would be here, but we were only there on vacation.

We have had the great pleasure of dining at Red's most Fridays during the summer for the last several years. In that time my kids have grown from very picky eaters into slightly less picky eaters. Without fail, their most adventurous menu choices have all been made at Red's. The food and setting are both fantastic. But what makes Red's so special are the owners and the wonderful staff, who treat us like family. An absolute gem of a shore restaurant, one you must not miss. We can't wait for next summer to roll around so we can begin another season with our Red's family.

Overall, great seafood restaurant. The ambience on the patio is exactly what you would want. I give it 4/5 stars because it is a bit pricey for what you get. Today we paid $17 for a coconut shrimp app and got 4 bite sized shrimp. If you’re okay with overpaying a bit it’s a good spot to eat from time to time.

Ate here again....we come to Point Pleasant every September. This has been our yearly stop the last 5 years. Never disappoints!!
Food is great, service outstanding!! Wish we lived closer....but looking forward to next September!

Never made it in, my number was never called because I did not have reservations, which I did not know I needed, someone took my number and said they would text us when table was ready, that never happened but I went down the street and there food was amazing.

Disappointing. Lobster Mac N Cheese the sauce was not thick. The stuffed flounder states has lump crab meat which was not. The sauce was watery. It comes with rice and it was very bland. Lobster bisque was not thick- watery. They charge a 4% fee for using your card and not told till you receive the check. For the price it was not worth it. Will not go back.

Reds is no longer BYOB.
I wanted the fried seafood platter but the past 2 times it was way too heavily breaded - to the point you can’t taste yhe seafood. I explained that to our waitress and asked if I could get it “lightly” breaded. She said a lot of patrons feel that way but the kitchen breads it the way they bread it. Very disappointing, so I ordered the mussels over linguini which was very good. Wife got broiled seafood platter. The shrimp were overcooked, otherwise it was ok.
Been going to Red’s for many years but doubtful we will be back
