This pizza was absolutely amazing! The dough had that perfect classic Italian style—crispy on the outside yet soft and chewy inside. The sauce really brought everything together; it had rich flavor and just the right balance, though slightly on the salty side. The cheese was kept light, letting the dough and sauce shine through instead of overpowering them. Altogether, it felt like an authentic Italian pizza experience. Easily one of the best pizzas I’ve had in a long time.

Came 2nd time, I was asked if I Mede an order by phone. I answered no. It was Sat. 05:00pm. Wanted to order plane Pie. I was told the wait for the pizza it’s ONE HOUR & 55 min. …. Yes u read right 2 hours for a personal Pizza. I left as I came with buying or ordering. Went half a mile to Pizza place & set & ate my pizza.
So I guys instead of putting a pie on the oven 8 min. U rather see me leaving the store …??? Great business strategy… U’ll never see me again

Best pizza in ppb area and probably top 2 favorite of mine in nj (other being Massa in scotch plains). Thin crust with a good char paired with fresh toppings and sauce. You do have to call to order and it’s really only takeout.

What a treat of a pizza place away from home! The ordering system gets busy in peak times of the year and you order in time slots. This doesn’t make it hard to order but just be prepared! The pizza has good flavor, awesome cup and char pepperoni and great sausage. We like the bay leaves for added texture and flavor. The crust is a sourdough and is truly unique. I enjoy the way it’s cooked(looks burnt but just some char that adds great texture). Juan is vital person to the business, great attitude and a passion for the pizza that they are making! He recommended the hot honey(which is local). What a game changer for the pizza! We return to Rosie’s every year we are vacationing in the Point Pleasant area. There are only a handful of tables inside and also some outside but it’s worth the stop!
