Round Dough With A Hole - Bagels & Deli

Someone mentioned this place to me so i figured I'd try.... not sure I'll be coming back. Customer Service was good but in my opinion the bagel i had was not that great

I placed an order online and paid in advance, but when I arrived to pick it up, no one was at the designated pickup section. I went to the cashier section and politely asked those in line if they were waiting for pickups or needed to place orders. They all suggested I go to the front of the line.

However, when I approached, a young employee rudely told me to go to the back of the line. I tried to explain to her that I had already placed and paid for my order, but she cut me off before I could finish. As I went to the back of the line, several people offered to let me go ahead, commenting that they didn’t agree with her response, but I declined their offers.

After waiting for a few minutes, I mentioned to the cashier again that I had already paid and didn’t understand why I had to wait in line. She then realized her mistake, apologized, and claimed she hadn’t heard me properly.

Bagels are average. After they tell you the price, when you go to tap your card, they punch in a higher price, WITHOUT telling you or even showing you the screen. You only find out later that they charged an additional 3% or so for paying with a card.

This place is truly atrocious. I showed up today and ordered a pork roll egg & cheese and a cream cheese bagel, not only did the order cost around 20$ it was so slow…
Why am i waiting a half an hour for “alright” bagels?? The people behind the counter had no sense of urgency and took their sweet time with each order. And when i asked for light cream cheese the owner just wrote CC and i open the bagel to a huge glob of CC. The PEC was was so bland with little to no egg on it and just pork roll. Take your business somewhere else where they actually care about the food and customers.

If you are getting plain bagels, this spot is great. If you want them to put anything on a bagel, expect to wait 20-30 minutes. I would ask for the wait time before you order otherwise you might give up and leave without getting your order.

Rude teenage girls at counter...never again

Just got 6 bagels and 1/2 lb of reg chicken salad. $16.00 . Seems a bit high don't you think?

Went in for a sandwich which I am waiting for to be made. The cashier with the panthers shirt #66 on couldn’t have been more rude. No thank you no have a nice day. When I said you have a nice day also she rolled her eyes at me. Last time I will ever come here..

No bathroom for patrons, and both sandwiches we ordered were made wrong.

No mayo means no mayo. Ruined both sandwiches. It's not hard folks!

First and last time. Waited almost an hour for 3 bagel sandwiches. The eggs on all of the sandwiches were overdone and borderline burnt. Pork roll was also burnt. All sandwiches were beyond soggy. Employee asked people to move out of the way for mobile orders. While people were attempting to move, but apparently not fast enough, the employee gave nasty looks towards the customers. Also charged a credit card fee without any notification or signage.
