The food is good, when they serve it. Yesterday, we ordered a chicken sandwich around 11am, to be told that they were not yet serving lunch (so we pivoted to breakfast sandwiches). However, the party behind us placed the same chicken order, and it was honored. Today, same time, much less busier than the 4th of July, we try the take out line again for breakfast sandwiches, to be told they are not serving any food until “probably lunch,” but could not give a timeframe as to...
A GREAT! place for breakfast or lunch right on the boardwalk. Thursday nights there is a special dinner menu, music, and you can watch the weekly fireworks.

The Food Shack is an amazing place with a warm, family-style vibe. The staff is absolutely fantastic—friendly, welcoming, and attentive. The food? Incredible. Everything is freshly cooked and full of flavor. You can really taste the quality and care in every dish. Highly recommend!
