I ordered an apple pecan chicken salad and there was no pecan package. Kind of nice to actually have the pecans in an apple pecan chicken salad. Just saying.

I had a Dave double sandwich that was not cooked thoroughly, fries had too much salt, and the lemonade was too sweet than normal. The cashier acted as though she really didn't want to be there so she wasn't as friendly as I'm sure she could have been. I won't say that I won't return but maybe I'll try a different day and then make my decision.

So I order through the drive through and see $6 biggie bag on the menu then was told it’s $7. Ok, pretty sure that’s called false advertising but I let it go no problem. Ordered get to the window and the food is already ready? Weird but ok. Soda is watered down and the burger ? dead cold. I go inside to just let them know I was served watered down soda and a cold burger ? hoping the manager was not the same person who handed me watered down soda and cold burger ? but it was the manager. If the manager is complaisant in serving garbage ?️ then this store will be out of business soon enough. I use to eat here every single day but now you are better off going down the road to QuickChek. Especially since there are no restrooms ? for customers anymore. Had to go to QuickChek anyways. They need new management here or there will be no repeat customers during the off season. Order without pickles ? so they have to make it fresh.

I visit this location frequently and use the app to order. Over the last few months, I am handed my drinks (with no one saying hello, or anything like that) and am told to move to the front of the building with no explanation - waiting on a food item? Slow service? Usually, there is one car behind so it's not like they're swamped with orders... not sure...

When I am told to wait out front, it is usually 5-10 minute wait for the remaining items. Employees have zero idea what's going on - neither does management! Will never return. Stick to McDonald's down the road, or the Wendy's on 88 in the Boro.

The fish in the fish sandwich was overcooked which practically obliterated the tiny serving of fish. They used to be good. If I want a fish sandwich I'll go to McDonald's.

Went to Wendy's for dinner with my family of 4. It was 6:30 on a Friday night. I got my 3 year old and my 18 month old out of the car and to the door before 6:45 pm and it was locked. The employees looked at me and turned away.
