I always enjoy coming to this Dairy Queen location! The ice cream is always delicious and this location has amazing customer service. I have been helped by Kaylee quite a few times and she always makes coming to the store a great experience with her bubbly personality and amazing customer service skills. This is the perfect place for a sweet treat!

Great friendly employees and tasty ice cream

give you all your food and when you call them and they say its fine to pick up later and you try to pick it up they shouldn't act like you're trying to get free food and not give you what you paid for they should ALWAYS give a receipt or take a name so this doesn't happen i didn't get my food and was talked to like I was lying. uncalled for. it was a reg PLAIN hotdog for crying out loud if i was trying to get free food i would have picked something better i didn't even mention that the food i did get was wrong i just wanted the hotdog i paid for and still didn't get i will go to Gallipolis from now on. do better you might actually get a better rating if you do

Been coming here for many years. The kids are great… but the owner with short blond hair is so rude !! Couldn’t even answer my question!!! Could not be bothered..” read the board” she says!!!Then for a small cone, small ice cream cup and a drink? They charged $13! I’m sorry but that is just GREED!!!Unreal!!I think she better learn proper customer service when dealing with the public . Greed & rudeness will get you no business. Oh and another thing.. treat your hard working teens that work there with RESPECT.
