Great little place that i found in my travels through the state. The price for the bacon,egg and cheese was pretty average but the sandwich was tasty and with generous proportion.

Absolutely nasty. The same person handled everyone’s money, touched the counter, and then went straight to making my bagel — no gloves, no handwashing, nothing. You’re touching cash and then food? That’s beyond gross. I’ll never eat here again until basic hygiene is a thing. Send a health inspector asap. And to top it off 5 dollars for an E. coli special everything bagel with cream cheese

Good food but I heard the owner yelling at an elderly employee to do as she's told very angrily as of the day of posting this review. Seen and heard this once before with another employee, won't be back again unfortunately.

I’ve been coming to this bagel shop since I was a kid in elementary school. I’m 30 years old now, so we’re talking about decades of loyalty. I was so excited to be back in town and finally try them again after a long time, but the experience was very disappointing.
Last Friday, I called during their usual hours, but they were closed with no notice. Today I called again at 5:15 a.m., eager to come in, and instead of a warm response, the lady who answered spoke to me in a very condescending tone, saying, “Do you realize we don’t open until 5:30?” That kind of attitude is unacceptable, especially toward a longtime customer.
Good food and memories aside, customer service matters and being spoken to like you’re a nuisance after years of supporting a small business leaves a bad taste. Respect and kindness go a long way, and unfortunately, this place seems to have forgotten that.

You can go to Barons 2 mins away and get bagels 3 times the size AND ITS CHEAPER! Place is a straight rip off now

I called ahead and was put on hold by a young lady so I decided to drive over after being on hold for 10 mins. I stayed on the line so when they answered I could order and it would be hopefully ready when I there by the time I got there. With all the traffic recently my on hold drive turned into 24 mins waiting on hold and I walk in and hung up and there was one person in the store. The lady at the front was making a breakfast sandwich and then there was two girls in the back on there phone just laughing while she was trying to make orders and take orders. Then the lady asked for help, one of the girls comes up looks so pissed off the phone rings and she puts someone else on hold while i’m ordering from the lady and while I was there that phone was not picked back up she helped a customer and went back to her phone. This only bothers me because I’ve been going here since i was younger it just upsets me that the lady wasn’t being helped and that this isn’t the first time i’ve been left on hold for so long.
The absolute best bagels!! They didn't have as many salt bagels as we wanted to get, but still the best bagels in the area!!

Out of the 4 times we attempted to order lunch from this place literally every time we've either called or showed up they're always out of food!!! I was able to get 1 sandwich by some stroke of luck they had chicken salad. I wouldn't bother coming here again, it's a complete waste of time.

I’m not sure exactly what I did to offend the young woman at the register this morning. Maybe I burned her whole village to the ground in a past life?!? Whatever the case, her attitude sent me into an anxiety spiral trying to figure out why she was so mad at me. Breakfast sandwich was great. #betterhelp
