I’m confused as to the poor ratings. This store is amazing and the employees are so friendly! Never have had a bad meal- and trust me, we’ve order $180 worth of dominos before. We love you point pleasant dominos! Coming from true Italians that sometimes just want dominos!

I ordered in-person for carryout. The manager Will asked me "Cash or card?" before placing my order. I assumed there would be a surcharge if I paid with credit card, so I said cash. When my order was ready and I paid, I asked for a receipt. I was told "The printer is broken." However, I saw orders given to other customers with a receipt while I was waiting. Hopefully upper management will read this review, as it is obvious what happened with my order. If it happened to me, it is likely happening with others too.

If I could give this store less than 1 star I would. Please do not order from here if you actually want your food delivered. We placed an order on the Dominos App at 11:17pm. At 12:01pm I noticed the app had marked my food as delivered and there was nothing left at my door so I called the store to ask about my order. The store manager proceeded to say the driver dropped it off and when I explained that the food was not outside, he rudely said “what do you want me to do about it?” I informed him I wanted my order and he said he was sending the driver out since I couldn’t find my food. My husband called back to cancel the order since they were very rude to me and the store manager said we should not have been ordering so late. My husband pointed out that the store hours online say they’re open for two more hours (until 2am) and the store manager claimed my husband was cursing at him and said he would not be refunding us our money. We are long time customers and are appalled at how this store treats customers.

The food was cooked by the manager he was a team leader and a great cook as well. It is delicious. I go once every month to this location every time I go the Manager Mr Will, hook me with great deal and extraordinary service. Definitely recommend brick branch

Just had a delivery from the Pt. Pleasant establishment and Mike delivered to me. Just wanted to let him know that I appreciate him for his hard work. I got the pleasure to speak with him for just a few minutes and he told me he was actually the store manager bc there were so many others on vaca .. THIS is the kind of manager EVERY place needs! He jumped right in & started delivering! He didn’t feel it was below him bc he was a manager. We got to talking for a few seconds as i filled out my receipt and he was so patient and kind. I just wanted to put in a good word about him bc he deserves it. Very nice man took his time handed me one thing at a time (bc im a clutz) and didn’t rush me etc. again just felt the need to leave this review bc i feel we don’t leave POSITIVE reviews enough. I’m sure my food will be just as good!
Ordered a two topping New York style crust pizza. It came it was thick, doughy undercooked and barely any toppings.

Noticeably improved from a year ago. The food quality is great and they no longer have confusion about finding my address. The carside delivery works well.
Used to order all the time from here. Food was great. Now they can't even get an order right! Let alone even make my damn order. I order for the past two nights and they have nothing to say when they are missing my order. They don't even offer any assistance.
