I ordered through their app, an hour past and it said they were waiting on a driver mind you it was two small pies. 10mins later and my eta went up by a whole hour and said it was getting prepared once again. I called 4 times for the next 10 mins and didn’t get an answer. Choose to drive to the location since it’s only SIX mins away. As soon as I step foot inside the guy on the counter proceeds to turn around and literally watch the others work while having his arms crossed, I called out for him, turns around and says “are you being helped?” (THERES NO ONE AROUND ME ON A 5 FOOT RADIUS) explained that it was an hours and 30 mins since I ordered, everyone started saying how they were SHORT ON DRIVERS. My problem isn’t the drivers but maybe if you would’ve answered the phone I could’ve drove there and save us time, so as he’s looking for my food another guy asked him since he realize the order was in a bag “why haven’t you taken it?” SO hold on, you do have a delivery driver, YOUR PHONE WORKS BECAUSE I DIALED IT TO VERIFY AND THE GUY WHO IS AT THE COUNTER IGNORING CLIENTS WHO WALK IN BY JUST STANDING AROUND WITH HIS ARMS CROSSED IS THE GUY IM WAITING FOR TO EAT?!?!?. Also I paid for a delivery fee which didn’t get refunded AND my food was ice cold, I wonder how long it was sitting considering it was in a temperature controlled bag. just a bunch of nonsense I don’t do reviews they’re useless for the most part but I will advise not wasting your time. Next time, you guys have one singular job. cook the food, deliver the food I’m sure you hate your job but it’s as easy and clear as it gets.

I ordered a large pizza from here today and paid for the extra cheese. But what did I get? Small cheese? I’m not want to leave a review, but since this is the 2nd to 3rd time from this place, I am doing it and I do not care. I ordered food through the app I get there. The whole order is done and just waiting on something else which was another 15 to 20 minutes, and everything is cold by the time I get home on top of they gave me drinks for the house which I appreciate but half of it. No one drinks at all. I asked to change it out and he said no absolutely not. I’m not one to ask for stuff for free I pay my way, but like come on

I feel so horrible for the people who have to work there with the big back wide body delivery driver with the dirty silver disgusting car!
I’ve ordered here before and every other delivery person around from other restaurants around can get the food to my address!
I placed my ordered through the app and it literally shows the pin directly on my house and I’m the only house at that time of with the porch light on being courteous to him! I also have my setting to leave order on the porch because i have sleeping family members!
This (driver) who also probably is on drugs based off how hard he was sweating texted my phone around 1:40am saying it’s to dark for him to see and he’s taking the order back to the store i can go get it myself keep in mind they close at 2am !
SOOOOO the very next afternoon i show up to ask about getting the order i made! As im talking too the nice man behind the counter the big back driver jumps into the convo and tell them NOT to make me my order because i should’ve answered my phone ! I was like no i shouldn’t have to answer my phone because it says contactless delivery…ALSO was i talking to you ! The other workers basically had to tell him mind his business because they indeed were going to make my order because it wasn’t that serious ! He again jumps in asking me why didn’t i answer his calls or text ! Then i asked him again to stop talking to me rudely and he didn’t know i had my man in the car so i was like you wanna be rude to woman talk to a man like that of course he didn’t ! And then proceeded to attempt to call the police 🤣🤣🤣like yes please call so i can tell them the driver big back self never even tried to come to my house because we have cameras and i never received the order!
The other two men THE ACTUAL WORKERS are nice people i feel bad they have to deal with a mean spirited person like that! He speak to woman so nasty just like his car we saw full of trash by the way !
My bf even asked are u the manager he said “no but ima acting like one”🤣🤣

Ordered delivery through the app, waited outside for 30 minutes as the ETA kept going back and back. When I communicated this to the flustered driver, he did not appreciate my statement on the delay as he's the only driver when there's supposed to be 5. Also my order was wrong. The fault is not on the sole driver trying his best, but the poor communication, long wait, and poor quality if the order (I ordered dominoes delivery so my expectation were low but not this low). Would recommend any other ma and pa shop besides this dominoes. I placed my order here for convenience, but the experience was very inconvenient. Again, no blame on the delivery driver. The blame is on the communication and the dominoes

I went in and asked for the deal that I saw on TV for 999 and the guy said that’s only for online and I said oh well that’s what I wanted when he said I will give you a discount. It won’t be 999 but because you were a valued customer, I will give it to you. I said OK I ordered a large pizza with pepperoni and bacon and the guy tells me the total is $22. I said where is my discount? He said that is only online, I said buddy are you kidding me? You literally just told me you would give me a discount the guy could not care less was condescending as hell. I went next-door and bought an $11 burrito that was better than their pizza. Wish I could take away one star but Google won’t let me very miss

I had a small issue with my order (wrong sauce by mistake, no big deal!) but before I even had the chance to call, Mike, and employee there, reached out to me directly. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of his way to fix the issue, even personally delivering the correct pizza in a timely manner. You can tell the team is working hard and likely understaffed, but Mike’s dedication and customer service really stood out. Mistakes happen—but it’s how they’re handled that makes the difference. Thank you, Mike!

Called to place order they claimed they came and called me yet I never received a call and they said they we’re gonna send it out again. I even gave very specific delivery details. Food never came I called back and the man wouldn’t even let me speak and told me my addresss is bogus. I order all the time from them never had an isssue. So rude very unprofessional I waited 2 hrs to end up with nothing made my kids wait to ever receive food.

I’m confused as to the poor ratings. This store is amazing and the employees are so friendly! Never have had a bad meal- and trust me, we’ve order $180 worth of dominos before. We love you point pleasant dominos! Coming from true Italians that sometimes just want dominos!

The manager and staff there was very friendly and the food an service was great! It was very refreshing to see someone who actually cares about their job and customers, will definitely be back and would recommend this location to others!

I ordered in-person for carryout. The manager Will asked me "Cash or card?" before placing my order. I assumed there would be a surcharge if I paid with credit card, so I said cash. When my order was ready and I paid, I asked for a receipt. I was told "The printer is broken." However, I saw orders given to other customers with a receipt while I was waiting. Hopefully upper management will read this review, as it is obvious what happened with my order. If it happened to me, it is likely happening with others too.
