The whole order is done and just waiting on something else which was another 15 to 20 minutes, and everything is cold by the time I get home on top of they gave me drinks for the house which I appreciate but half of it. I had a small issue with my order (wrong sauce by mistake, no big deal!) but before I even had the chance to call, Mike, and employee there, reached out to me directly. He was incredibly kind, helpful, and went out of his way to fix the issue, even personally delivering the correct pizza in a timely manner. You can tell the team is working hard and likely understaffed, but Mike’s dedication and customer service really stood out. Mistakes happen—but it’s how they’re handled...

I’m confused as to the poor ratings. This store is amazing and the employees are so friendly! Never have had a bad meal- and trust me, we’ve order $180 worth of dominos before. We love you point pleasant dominos! Coming from true Italians that sometimes just want dominos!
