Dunkin' at 1039 NJ-88 in Point Pleasant is my morning ritual and afternoon pick-me-up all in one! The coffee is always hot and brewed just right—love their iced lattes with that perfect caramel swirl on busy shore days. Donuts are fresh daily, especially the glazed ones that melt in your mouth, and the breakfast sandwiches hit the spot with crispy bacon and fluffy eggs. Staff is super speedy and smiling, even during the commute rush, and the drive-thru is a breeze. Clean spot with plenty of seating for a quick break. Can't start the day without it!

Great place to grab a quick coffee! The drive-thru is efficiently ran. The ice coffee I got was amazing and was definitely cheaper than Starbucks! It's also definitely more kosher than Starbucks.

Why Do I give this ace 5 stars when I don't eat sugar and am not a fan of its bagels or donuts? Because the coffee is always excellent and I much prefer it to Starbucks. Dunkin' is always my coffee standard when traveling thru the USA. And that's a fact.
Husband went in to order 2 coffees and a refresher. After a few minutes, I saw he was still waiting in line. I went inside to help him carry the drinks, and found the worker behind the counter catching up with the two people ahead of my husband in line. He hadn't even gotten to order yet.
She saw me enter, saw my husband waiting, and made no effort to even start working on the other customers orders. My husband said she just been chatting with them the entire time. After waiting a few more minutes with her STILL standing there chatting, and never acknowledging us, we left. Absolute waste of time. Felt like we were invisible.

Came in for a quick coffee, no one else in the shop and one woman on duty. She was very rude and blunt.After paying she didnt even say good bye or thank you- anything at all, instead simply walked away and immediately went onto her phone. There was just no need to be that way towards your customer, if you dont like your job get a new one :)

The food was great, but I am a pretty good customer to them. I go a lot with some of my friends, but the lady today was not a good worker. When me and my friend were ready to order she was on the phone in the back. We had to wait about 15 minutes, I had to open the door to make the noise on it so she could see that we were here. I ordered a strawberry dragonfruit refresher and stuffed bagel bites everything bagel. It showed on the receipt my order and she made me the wrong drink. I went up there very kindly and just told her this wasn’t the drink I ordered. She argued with me saying it was mine but I told her to look at the receipt and she still refused, then finally made my new drink. This is not a good worker, but the man that works there is very kind. Could not say anything bad about the man, but the lady was disrespectful.
