My son just came home with two pepperoni subs. Two very thin slices of pepperoni. I can’t believe it. I’m gonna go to Wawa for my subs from now on.

We've been ordering for years.But something has changed recently. Tonight, I ordered a giant club sub.And when it came there was literally one piece of cheese on the entire sandwich, I called the store to explain what happened.And tell them that the day before when I ordered, I had an issue as well.The manager got on the phone was rude.Nasty and told me that he spoke with his employee and the sandwich was made correctly.He essentially called me a liar and barely gave me a chance to speak. We are locals who have ordered from there.Thousands of times and have never had an issue until they were recently purchased. I can't believe instead of helping a customer or being empathetic.At all, his answer was to call me a liar.And raise his voice at me.We'll be contacting corporate. There's clearly a reason why their most recent fifteen reviews are all two stars or less.It's a shame the company is in taking it seriously

Ever since Blackstone bought them, I haven't had a decent sandwhich there. Even before, the quality of meats and cheese seemed to be slipping. Always way too much lettuce. Lots of times things don't taste fresh and their prices have risen significantly. Now they're just another corporation that will cut corners and lose that old vibe and quality they once had my whole 38 years minus maybe the last 3-4.

I tried so hard to provide feedback privately and find out WHY! I was treated so poorly: there is no way to contact anyone that I could find online and when I called the store they hung up on me TWICE. I am a long time customer and normally go to the location on Rt70 in Wall/Manasquan )They are absolutely AMAZING AND GO ABOVE AND BEYOND). It’s my daughter’s birthday so I took the day off to do all our favorite things and one of those is grabbing Jersey Mike’s, sit in a shady spot outdoors and enjoy lunch. Instead of doing that, I am so annoyed, aggravated and completely shocked at how horribly we were just treated and how it completely changed the mood of my entire day. Who would have thought that one person could treat someone so poorly that they could affect their whole day (or a few hours, either way UNACCEPTABLE) I asked for my sandwiches to be dressed a particular way, and I guess I wasn’t speaking fast enough for the gentleman with the glasses dressing my sandwich because before I could finish my sentence he was throwing my sandwich onto a piece of paper infront of a another employee and as o am trying to explain that I wanted it cut a particular way it was already sliced and being wrapped. When I tried to express my concern he got an attitude (to out it kindly) and huffed and puffed and then took my entire sandwich apart (loosing all my toppings in the process) after I said I would just take the items I wanted on the side, he was trying to prove a point I guess. Then proceed to dress my remaining sandwiches very aggressively and over did everything I asked for which made the sandwiches GROSS AND UNEATABLE. So I just spent over $40 and threw off my day, be annoyed and still it have lunch!!! Thank GOODNESS dinner is not from Mikes!!! After this experience I think I need to find a new place to get subs from!

Put in mobile at 1155 and it said it could be picked up 1240, it would have been quicker to come in and order instead of putting in a mobile order and getting told to wait an hour. Making the poor employees look stupid. Do better jersey mikes
Update finally left 1250pm
Just tried to get a mini here, both employees had their eyes glued to their phones, said hello a couple times, no answer, I'll take my business elsewhere

I am about to stop ordering from this store.
Two days in a row I ordered a chicken cheese steak and received beef (I see another reviewer had the same issue). The first time they tried to insist that it was chicken when it was clearly beef, and I had to make a trip back to the store to get the correct sandwich. The second time they just apologized and delivered a new sandwich (I appreciated that).
Today, I ordered a chicken cheese steak again and I am unable to tell whether it’s chicken or beef. I called the store a few times but their phone is off the hook/turned off (it’s not a busy night.) So there’s no way to confirm.
I’ve been a happy customer for years but the recent experiences have been disappointing.

Don't go to the corporate jersey Mike's in Point pleasant, they tight with meat and the tuna fish! Go to a franchise one they give you more meat!

2nd time I have ordered from this location and had enough points for free subs and 2nd time my points haven't been able to be applied for some reason.

BLT with hardly any bacon. Striking difference from any other location. Ordered ahead via app. Pic of the 'good' half from the regular size sub. Other half than 2-3 slices. Bacon was not an add on, it was the sandwich.
