Chicken was disgusting. Ordered 8 piece original family meal and the chicken was old and rubbery. Im so sick and tired of KFC being inconsistent from one store to the other.

The staff was wonderful, but that’s about the only good I can say, besides getting my order wrong when I got the chicken that was supposed to be extra crispy, the skin was so tough. I could not chew through it. My dog even had trouble with a piece of the skin, like I said, the staff is great, but they have absolutely no clue whatsoever about product quality

I don't know how this place survives. There's never anyone in the parking lot. I took my 12 year old nephew bc he wanted some chicken & was hopeful I would change my mind. We went around 6pm which is prime time for dinner & age in the dining room. Our food was cold! How can you serve cold food when your guests are coming in & it's dinner time. The mac & cheese tasted like glue & the chicken tenders weren't crunchy & were cold & soggy. The only thing I enjoyed was the biscuit.

I had a famous bowl today and I had to leave work early and go to the doctor. Absolute most disgusting thing I ever put in my body. Never again. I get it’s fast food but it shouldn’t affect a human being like this. Don’t eat here for the love of God.
