Origins Bistro Reviews
My husband and I only just discovered Origins despite living about 2 miles away. The food and service are amazing! I wish we knew about it sooner but we will definitely be back. We started with yummy crab stuffed portobello mushrooms. My lobster risotto special was delicious, and my husband loved his filet. We finished it off with the most unique and delicious combination of flavors, the pistachio ricotta cake. Can’t wait to go back!
On June 1st we will be living in PP for two years. Last night we discovered a hidden gem! The owner/ chef was extremely pleasant, gracious and talented. Everything was delicious. The Clams appetizer, Caesar salad, lamb chops and limoncello cake were outstanding. The Sesame Ahi Tuna with Zoodles was hands down the best Ahi dish I’ve ever had! Extra bonus for being BYO! Already looking forward to a return visit. Highly recommend!
We have been going to Origins for the past several months. The food is GREAT and the owner;Roberto; is so friendly and courteous. This place is like a Diamond in the rough. We’ve tried many different items on the menu and have been very pleased with everything. It is now our favorite restaurant down here in Point Pleasant. You must try it😍😍😍

Origins Bistro is a small restaurant with a cozy atmosphere and intimate service. This restaurant, with limited seating, offers a robust menu. The owners provide exceptional service. The menu features dishes like lobster risotto, lobster mac n cheese, lamb chops, crab cakes, and scallops. Reservations are highly recommended as seating is limited. This BYOB restaurant is perfect for those seeking a quiet, inviting setting. The food is outstanding, with appetizers like drunken clams and burrata, and main courses including shrimp and lobster ravioli in a vodka sauce, seafood capellini, and scallops. Tartufo for dessert is also a must-try. Salads are fresh and a great portion. Scallops with risotto are cooked perfectly and well seasoned, and lobster ravioli is fantastic. The staff are super nice and very friendly.
